Outstanding front operation service provided and most importantly their hospitality were top notch. In addition to this, complementary breakfast and evening snacks has given in time which were delicious. On top of that, room amenities were elegant and nicely decorated. Apart from this they have breathtaking views at the balcony which I thoroughly enjoyed. Last but not least, it would be nicer if they would have provided air fresheners at room; however, that wasn’t the major issue. Completely recommend.

I came to Changzhou with my daughter to watch a concert and take a trip. Check-in was quick and convenient and the room was upgraded. The bathroom and room are very clean. If you need anything, call the front desk and it will be delivered directly to the room. The takeaway you ordered will be delivered by a robot. You need to swipe your card to get on the elevator, which is very secure. Xiao He at the front desk was very welcoming and gave detailed introductions. Check-out was also super convenient.

Beautiful room. Walking distance from a shopping mall and next door to a restaurant/bar. The outside is deceiving, inside is lovely. Clean and the setup is lovely. Spacious too. Not close to any cool foreign bars though. Might use it again.

Also sent snacks, candies, key chains and hand cream. Watch TV on projection. The space is big enough. Worth recommending. It would be great if the bathroom tiles could be repaired. They look like they are about to fall down. They are right in front of the sink, which is quite dangerous. The housekeeping staff should be aware of this risk.

Very pleasant stay experience, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, all kinds of daily necessities are also complete, the room is clean and sanitary, next to RT-Mart, there is also a shopping mall, very convenient, satisfied, satisfied 👍

It’s a great place to stay. Nice lake view. Room is clean and quiet in general. The only flaw is the room temperature control which is way too warm in this autumn time. I was told by the manager that the aircon cannot be manipulated by the wall mounted controller in room and the room temperature is under centralized control, which stabilized around 25.5-26 degree. This is too warm for a decent sleep. I didn’t sleep well during the one week stay. I suggest the centralized aircon temperature to be around 23 degrees which will be much more wholesome for human body to sleep well under a comfy quilt.

The room was very clean and the front desk service was very good. The surroundings were delicious. I would come again if I needed it!

I came to take the exam. The hotel has a good location, free parking, the hotel booked does not include breakfast, and Xiao Li at the front desk took the initiative to send a very plus point. The non-smoking floor is very quiet, the rest can not be disturbed, the experience is very good, and I will choose here if I have the opportunity in the future!

Recommend this hotel. Don't underestimate the old hotel, the service is first-class, much better than many new hotels. Hygiene: After staying for a few nights, I will do a good job of hygiene every day, change new towels, supplement toilet paper and toothbrushes. Environment: Sleep quietly at night, pillows have different softness options. It is about ten minutes walk from the subway station and not far from the large shopping mall. Service: I originally booked a triple room, but in maintenance, we changed a very good large suite, and a double standard room, no extra charge. Four bottles of mineral water will be added every day, and the service is very good.

Taking advantage of the short holiday, I brought my children to Changzhou Yancheng Wildlife Park. I chose the Sheraton near the zoo and bought two packages. One package included a zoo ticket and the other included a ticket to the Spring and Autumn Paradise. It was a good deal! The day before I went, a lady from the hotel called me to book tickets for the zoo and the park in advance, and also took the initiative to ask if I had any requirements for the room. The housekeeper, Miss ZOE, added WeChat and upgraded me to an executive room. The room also gave me a coffee coupon for Starbucks in the lobby and toiletries for the children. The zoo also made an appointment with the front desk for carrots 🥕. There were fruits in the room every day. It really met all my requests and was so considerate. The children were very happy every day. I will choose Sheraton again next time I come to Changzhou. The experience is really great!
