Changzhou Hotels with Wi-Fi

This hotel is centrally located for my business purposes, and has easy access to highways and has underground parking. The room I had was excellent, clean, comfortable bed and working desk area. The work out facilities are good. The main restaurant had very good Chinese food, my only compliant would be I wish they would offer more Western style foods in addition to what they have now. I will be going back !

This is my second time staying at Sheraton, and it is completely different from the first time. The day before this stay, the housekeeper Zoe asked about the special requirements and precautions for check-in. On the day of check-in, he was waiting at the front desk, and knowing that there were children, he prepared small toys to keep the children happy. The children also had a lot of fun in the children's playground. During the stay, I also asked many times if there were any inconsiderate things. During the period, I did have trouble with the housekeeper, but the housekeeper solved them one by one. On the day of departure, housekeeper Zoe knew that we were going to the zoo, and thoughtfully prepared two large bags of carrots, which was really thoughtful. Finally, I have to praise the buffet dinner, which was really delicious. I didn’t take many photos because it was so delicious! In short, this trip was very happy, and I will choose Sheraton again if I have the chance in the future!

Upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly. Although this is my first time in China and I was unsure of check-in procedure, they quickly got me through check-in and made me feel quite relaxed almost immediately. During my stay, I ordered room service nearly every evening and although I speak no Chinese, the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure that they were receiving my order correctly. The view from the rooms is incredible and the service at the hotel has been great. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Changzhou for business or pleasure that you stay at the Marriot Hotel in Xinbei district. It is also very centrally located with easy access to entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants and the light rail stations to travel to other cities in China. Additionally, the restaurants, pool, outdoor basketball court, coffee shop, and other services in the hotel make it a convenient place to stay if it is your first time in China or Changzhou as it is mine. For work related reasons my trip in Changzhou was extended and I have enjoyed my stay at the Marriot hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay here and upgrade my room to include the executive lounge (totally worth it if you stay here, it's like having access to an Emirates level lounge with a view every day). In summary, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, and the services provided make your stay very convenient! I highly recommend staying at the Changzhou Marriot in Xinbei District during your time here!

The hotel service is so considerate. It is very reassuring to stay here. The arrangements for the sisters who came to watch the concert were perfect. The room was clean and tidy, and very quiet! Changzhou is great. Welcome everyone to stay here in the future! ! ! !

This trip must be praised We arrived at the hotel that night, and after checking in, we were promptly served with welcome fruit. The room type was also upgraded to a lake view room according to the order. The drinks in the refrigerator were confirmed to be free until the next restock An accident happened when we came back from a night tour. The door of the room could not be opened. It was not because of the room card setting, but because it was physically stuck and could not enter. The service engineering department of the main desk arrived in time to deal with it and quickly arranged an emergency plan to replace the executive suite The suite meets the needs of watching the game and sleeping The hotel also has an intelligent robot that can deliver takeout to the room. It is very friendly to friends who want to eat a midnight snack or don’t like to go out. As long as the takeout order clearly states the room number, it’s OK Big brand hotels are really trustworthy, and the quality of environmental hygiene and services is guaranteed. The business hotel has added a parent-child attribute. The room is decorated in a parent-child style, full of childishness. When checking out, the front desk staff also gave the child the dinosaur eggs and dinosaur picture books that he had been longing for, which made the child happy all day long! The hotel breakfast is also good, with freshly made buns and noodles, and the ingredients are all real and sincere!

Well organized Hotel of the upper end. Not far away from Changzhou North Railway Station - Convenient location for business travels in Xinbei.

The hotel exceeded our expectations for our stay and helped us enjoy our short 2 night weekend away stay in Changzhou, so thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make that happen. A special mention, however, must go to Chef Lu (卢大厨) for the really amazing breakfasts that both me, a European, and my partner, who is Shanghainese, both found delicious and delightful. Him and his team really are masters of both flavour and customer service, my partner especially agrees we cannot thank him and them enough, they have our trip a magnificent and memorable start to each day.

Good value for money. Clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Didn’t get the breakfast because there are at least 3 or so coffee shops in the mall in the same complex, including Starbucks. Friendly staff that speaks English. A rarity still in many places in China. Overall recommend to stay in this new hotel.

Great place. Customer service is excellent. I was given a nice letter with yogurt and tangerines as a welcome gift and throughout my stay there. The room was clean and spacious. I forgot my laptop in my room after checking out and was able to retrieve it. The only downside is that even if the bathtub was clean there was still stains on it removing the stain and having nice white bathtubs will make it perfect!
