This hotel is a newly opened 5-star hotel in 2025 found on Trip.com . I don't know if it is because of the new opening. Hotel management is chaotic. The door card was set for one night. It made us unable to swipe the card into the room the next day. We went downstairs to the front desk to make up. And the mattress in the room was very soft. It would have been fine if they didn't provide tea leaves and slippers, but they didn't even provide floor towels. Then the hotel did not provide body lotion. Facilities: The air conditioning in the room is OK, but the restaurant and public areas are a bit cold. I guess there are not many people now, so to save energy, the central air conditioning is not turned on. The toilet is smart and has many functions. The hair dryer is a Dyson and there is a capsule coffee machine. The shower room and basin make strange noises after use. I live in Building 2. Food and Beverage: There are not many types of breakfast, but the special features are the Wumi Rice and Changxing Dry Noodles that you can make yourself. Chinese food, cold dishes are good, the taste is OK, but a bit salty for me.
