賓館服務態度熱情周劇，到店免費升級商務房間。有冰箱，地毯，浴缸，沙發，辦公桌椅。床墊非常柔軟，睡覺特舒服！另外酒店有專用地下停車場，停車方便安全。一百多元的房費，還有兩份免費的早餐超划算！

這次入住的酒店給我留下了非常深刻的印象。從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就能感受到熱情和專業的服務氛圍。前台工作人員非常友好，辦理入住手續高效快捷，還詳細介紹了酒店的各項設施和服務。
房間寬敞明亮，裝修時尚且舒適，床鋪柔軟，讓人能夠得到充分的休息。房間內的設施一應俱全，無論是空調、電視還是 Wi-Fi 等都運行良好。浴室乾淨整潔

五一住酒店一波三折，酒店價格都是翻倍漲，原先下單酒店到店後臨時告知無房，客服臨時協助到柏納酒店套房（差價平台承擔）;
安排的套房面積挺大，裏面有2個衞生間，房間內的設施老舊，客廳的沙發臟臟的感覺，桌子也是灰濛濛的，感覺好久都沒住人，電視打開也是毫無信號，看不見；拖鞋很薄很滑，根本不敢穿着進衞生間;
地下停車場燈光有點昏暗，車場環境不是很好，車位比較少，停車較為困難。
能看的出來之前酒店的裝修還是挺豪華的，衹是現在看起來有點沒落，希望酒店後面能有所改善，這樣才能有回頭客，生意越做越好吧！

我滴天吶 這可能是我住過最不知道怎麼去表達的酒店了，停車場臟亂差，電梯一股尿味，前台破破爛爛，要一個充電器都沒有。房間的衞生都簡直了，枕頭一股黴味。能有多糟糕就有多糟糕。
