There was no info about this on the page but this seemed to be a love motel, where Korean couples who aren’t married yet often go to. They also cancelled my original booking so that they could list the room for that night at 4x the cost, not honouring the booking I made a month in advance. Trip.com helped me with this scenario, but I don’t recommend staying here for the above two reasons.
