The room was clean and tidy. The hotel has its own business car that provides free pick-up and drop-off service, which is very convenient. The driver came after waiting for five minutes after leaving the terminal. When sending the plane to the airport, we also waited for five minutes in the lobby before leaving. It was quite punctual. The beauty at the front desk was very nice. Seeing that we were staying for the first time, she also gave us breakfast. She would call every night to ask if we wanted dessert. I thought there would only be welcome fruit on the first day of stay, but a small robot would deliver it to the room every night (ps only took pictures of the first day, and some of the small tomatoes delivered on the second and third days were particularly sour). It was really considerate. The big sister with glasses in the breakfast room was very enthusiastic. She also introduced us to various specialties of Hunan and recommended local restaurants. When we were leaving, she saw that we didn’t have time to eat breakfast and took the initiative to pack breakfast for us. It was really touching! In short, all the service staff of the hotel revealed a warm heart. I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Changsha.

I chose this hotel because it is very close to the high-speed rail station. On the day of check-in, someone will take the initiative to contact whether you need a high-speed rail pick-up~ It is very convenient to go anywhere as it is right outside the subway station. There are route maps to various attractions in the lobby, which is also very considerate. The staff are also very handsome and will enthusiastically and proactively help with luggage. I will still consider Ramada when I come to Changsha in the future~

The room is very quiet, spacious, bright and spacious. It is great for taking photos! During the National Day holiday, I went back to my hometown and stayed in Changsha for one night. I saw the Ramada building from a distance while driving on the road. I ordered it on Ctrip.
