Stayed at this hotel twice. Friendly and helpful staff. But room is humid and stuffy due to central heating. Rubbish bin wasn’t emptied during cleaning on 2nd day but room was cleaned. Toiletries amenities was not refilled as well. Overall still good. The laundry service is a plus point and also robot delivery to room too.
