Absolute gem esp. in cold weather. Room aircon has heater mode, nice classy deco with nice bathtub, heated auto flush toilet, no funny smell. Huge projector tv with lots of movies available. Location not near metro station but just outside hotel has busses to nearest metro in 5 mins.

The first impression I was very satisfied with the service and attitude of the lady at the front desk. The hotel environment is good. The cleaning lady comes to clean every morning. It is clean. The hotel is not in the urban area, so it is very quiet at night and basically not noisy. The quality of sleep every day is very good. The transportation is also quite convenient. You can get to the subway station by taking 2 bus stops. It is my first time to travel to Changsha and I am very satisfied with the hotel I booked.

The room is quite nice, clean, simple and generous. The area is slightly smaller. There are quite a lot of breakfast varieties, but the taste is a bit boring. Overall it's pretty good and worth recommending.

I rarely comment on it if it's troublesome, but this store does have great service and is cost-effective. The hotel lobby is very beautiful, the room is very satisfactory, the whole house is covered with smart phones, the breakfast variety is sufficient, and the fruit and yogurt are replenished in a timely manner. The noodles were beyond my expectation, and the three types of braised noodles were particularly good👍🏻. Rooms were tight during the Spring Festival. We had the attitude of giving it a try, but unexpectedly they extended the stay for all three rooms until 2 o'clock. The car also allowed us to park until the evening. The service from the front desk to the restaurant staff was great. I will stay there again when I come to Changsha in the future.
