Service was excellent. Stayed here during my trip to Changsha. Though we met with a medical emergency and was unable to physically check out our own bags, the servicewoman attended to us professionally and helped us whenever we could. She helped us arrange our stay such that we moved minimally from room to room and even helped us check the availability of rooms when we most needed it. Rooms were clean and towels were changed everyday. Views were equally spectacular and the location was splendid - right in the middle of the business and shopping district.

The overall environment of the store is very good, the lighting is good, the front desk service attitude is very good and enthusiastic, and they work carefully. The room is large, clean and odorless. The quilt and pillow are goose down and very soft. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete, very quiet, and comfortable to sleep. I will come here again next time I come to Changsha. In short, I recommend everyone to stay here.

This is the first time I give a bad review on Ctrip, **, and Taobao in all these years. 1️⃣The room doesn't match the picture at all. The bed in the suite I booked was placed on the balcony. It was a very small bed. How could I sleep in such sunny weather? The 900-a-night suite was like living in a depressing cave. 2️⃣ I strongly requested to change rooms and got a bigger room. The customer service said it was more than 1,000 per night and asked for a price increase. The price on Ctrip was 850 that day. I clicked on the 4-night package in front of the customer service and it was all 850 per night. I booked 900 per night. Not only did I not ask for a refund of the difference, but they also asked me to pay the difference? It ended up in nothing. 3️⃣The hygiene of the room is hard to describe. The faucet in the bathroom is seriously scaled, the mouthwash cup is also very dirty, the shampoo can't even produce foam, it is a three-no product, and my scalp is very itchy after using it. There is an unknown liquid on the four-piece suit. Fortunately, I brought a disposable four-piece suit. The most important thing is that there are no curtains at the stairs of the downstairs room, and the rising sun is directly dazzling. 4️⃣On the third day of our stay, my friend asked to change the bed sheets, but the customer service refused to do so on the grounds that there were no new sheets. Aren’t they changed every day? 5️⃣On the third day, I went back home in the middle of the night and found that the room password had been changed. I stood outside for 10 minutes in the hot weather and called the customer service to say that the password had been changed. I booked a room for four days and had not checked out on the fourth day. Why was the room password changed? Even if the system can only be set for three days, should the system be obligated to notify the guest of the password instead of waiting until the guest cannot enter in the middle of the night before contacting them? 6️⃣My friend dropped his ID card in the first room. When he changed rooms later, the customer service picked up the ID card but didn’t return it. All check-ins are registered, and you can tell which room the guest belongs to by looking at the ID card. It wasn’t until the fourth day when my friend couldn’t find it that he called and said he had picked up an ID card. 7️⃣If your flight ticket is in the evening and you want to check out later, make sure you check out at 12 o'clock and then keep knocking on the door to urge you to check out. This is my problem. I didn't notice clearly that check-out was at 12 o'clock, but there was no need to keep knocking on the door to urge check-out. Guests should be given time to wash and pack their luggage. These are all real reviews, and you should be very careful and cautious when staying in this B&B. I can't stand it anymore

The photos are seriously untrue. The river view is basically invisible because of the two rows of buildings in front. The room is poorly soundproofed and was renovated early in the morning. The bathroom facilities are poor and the bedding is very poor. Such a seriously inaccurate display platform should be punished!

衞生非常乾淨，環境温馨，層高也很高大，非常透氣是我們喜歡的類型，樓下有零食很大超市，瑞幸咖啡，茶顏悦色，辛巴客等，小吃街太平老街，坡子街，廟街，五一廣場都在樓下步行幾分鐘即可到，服務非常好，還在樓下來接我們，設施齊全，洗衣機，冰箱等都有，連住了好幾天，每天都住得非常舒服，下次來長沙首選之一

酒店位置優越，就在坡子街和太平老街附近，樓下就是茶顏悦色，零食很大，瑞幸咖啡，檸季，超級文和友，距離五一廣場，國金中心，黃興步行街，太平街都很近，步行幾分鐘即可到達，該有的美食打卡地都有了，酒店在華遠雲璽樓裏，設施齊全，房間很大，可以看到樓下坡子街，性價比很高，衞生非常乾淨整潔，新的新衣機和小冰箱等，樓下樓上都是小米空調非常給力，性價比超高，服務無敵好，連住了三天，每天都有阿姨來打掃衞生，超級暖心，下次還會繼續來體驗的

這次入住體驗非常棒!酒店位置優越，交通便利，房間寬敞明亮，裝修時尚大氣，床品舒適乾淨。最值得一提的是，房間隔音效果超級好，讓我能夠安心入睡。服務人員態度熱情周到，周邊美食品種豐富多樣。總的來説，這次入住體驗非常滿意，下次還會選擇這家酒店!

住在這裏真的是太方便了，去五一廣場，去橘子洲頭，下樓文和友，酒吧全都在附近 下樓是坡子街，對面是太平老街，昨天碰到甲亢哥來太平街了，人山人海的 房間是奶油風的比較清爽，房間很乾凈，還有洗衣機，晚上可以看到坡子街夜景。我們四個人一起住剛剛好。

酒店衞生乾淨整潔房間也很温馨，前台老闆服務也好很熱情❤，另外酒店就可以觀看長沙的夜景純純的江景房！最最最後酒店真的性價比真的無敵高，和朋友本來是來長沙玩的，結果訂房還酒店還送了個韶山一日遊＋1杯茶顏悦色，本着不浪費果斷領取了！！寶子們，這家店真的可以放心沖！[愛心][愛心][愛心]

酒店大廳寬敞明亮，裝修風格既大氣又不失雅緻，一進門就讓人眼前一亮。前台服務人員態度親切，效率極高，從入住到退房的整個過程都處理得井井有條，讓人感到十分舒心。房間內部設計得非常人性化，空間寬敞，採光極佳。酒店的衞生工作也是做得非常到位，每一個角落都打掃得一塵不染。衞生間的潔凈程度更是令人贊歎，各種設施一應俱全，使用起來非常方便。酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，無論是自駕還是乘坐公共交通都非常方便。周邊還有不少景點和美食店，閑暇之餘可以出去逛逛。總的來説這次體驗非常棒。
