Is Ctrip having any conflicts with every hotel recently? No matter which city I go to for business or which hotel, they always give me the last room. I clearly noted that it was close to the elevator, but it was really annoying to drag a big suitcase to the last room at the back. The hotel pool is comfortable, the breakfast is average, but does Ctrip need to give me an explanation for the last room issue?
