water tap is not functional. front desk is located in another bulding from the hotel. cannot travel by train need to get the taxi and even local taxi doesn't know how to find the building.

I surprised check in counter is on first floor behind the building. Night shift staff was very nice. My room is on the 16th floor then on that floor there are many rooms look like old apartment. Only my room looks modern. When the lift was opened. I was shocked but anyway in the morning I went to 24th floor to looked for staff to check out but no one there. I was inquiring that why 24th floor was so good feel like hotel. Take a lift to 20 floor and 18th floor it was looking good atmosphere.
Finally, I got into my room. It was surprisingly to see with my eyes that the room was very huge, clean and comfortable with big screen TV. I like the room very much. But some electrical wire still unfinished.

Hotel was good location but they have changed to Nervan relaxing hotel ! We have booked on trip.com as Nervan Lighthouse loft hotel ! How could we knows was the same hotel as we booked ! Staff could not speak English at all we lost time more than an hour to communicated with her till we got the room! That's so stupid ! If they could not find someone who can speak English to work for them they should out of trip.com ! Curtain & carpet was so dirty made me coughing whole night! This is bad!!!
