Best Hotel Experience Ever – Highly Recommended!
I’m absolutely thrilled with my stay at Niccolon Hotel! A huge thank you to Richard Gao, the best manager, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration unforgettable. I reached out to him for help with room decorations, and not only did he assist with the romantic setup, but he also arranged a complimentary room upgrade to a higher floor, with an incredible riverside view on the 90th floor. The room was absolutely stunning, and my partner was over the moon! The breakfast experience was exceptional as well, located on the 93rd floor with breathtaking views. The whole stay made us feel like VIP guests, with the staff’s attention to every detail.
I highly recommend Niccolon Hotel to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion with their partner, friends, or family. It truly stands out as the best hotel in Changsha, and it’s conveniently close to shopping malls.
A big thank you again to Richard Gao and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Also, the beautiful rose gift was such a lovely touch! I can’t wait to visit again – this is truly the best hotel in Changsha!

Niccolo Changsha make me felt like a five star home. They very take care me during my sick trip in changsha. I also impressive for their hotel style, outside viewing and all facilities. I will definitely come again and pretty sure Niccolo is the best hotel in Hunan province.

AMAZING!!!
Check in on the 93rd floor with beautiful decor from the top to the entrance, when you first arrive on level four by car or you can enter through the beautiful IFS mall just to the left of Chagee Tea.
At certain times there is someone playing a violin at the check in counters.
The service is incredible and the staff are lovely. Richard and Swilly attended to my many inquiries and issues with my booking via an app and they made it easy and comfortable.
Room was incredible, the whole place was magic. Sometimes in life you have a memorable stay somewhere and almost wish it was your apartment, this was one of those.
I will be back here every time now I know how incredible it is.

This is a glorified 4 star hotel. Other than the location, you will be disappointed with the overall hotel experience. It lacks the attention to detail to be a true 5 star hotel experience. A couple of examples; non-smoking rooms being ruined by smokers, the rainforest shower (top mounted shower head) didn’t work and was just an unpleasant drizzle, air-conditioning that just had a mind of its own with no ability to adjust to desired temperature, the bed being somehow both firm and soft. If you are accustomed to chain hotels, then the attention to detail at the Niccolo is missing!
