Ulasan Changsha Gufengli River View Homestay

the place is very close to all the hit places in changsha and connected to mall. the cleaning service is also very clean and nice. spacious, bed is comfortable. really enjoyed the mahjong table. hotel room surroundings are quiet.

This service hotel has everything a family needs. Great food and attractions all around. The owner was communicative and helped us find the correct entry way late into the night. Note, WeChat and Chinese communication is likely required to obtain pin entry and unit information.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, city view inside the hotel is great.

Entrance and lift to the right tower was a little hard to find initially, especially for us who don't understand much Chinese and lift change to a different tower is required. Written instruction would've been useful. Room is ok, very low ceiling, nearly touched our head. Very cramped and not as spacious and nice as in photo. Lots of marks and scratches on the floor. Shower area is not clean, hair from previous stay still there. Our washing machine was broken. It couldn't be fixed in the 3 nights we stayed. The technician came on the second day and the floor was left dirty. We were offered to use the washing machine in a different unit, but with no dryer, it made it difficult. The electricity went out on our first morning and there was no power for about 3-4 hours. Then the evacuation building evacuation notice came on, twice that morning. We evacuated as that's the norm in our country. We're later told it's just a testing. It would've been nice if we were informed or there's some kind of communication on the floor. Very disruptive as we have young children. The evacuation drill happened again the next morning. We knew then to stay. The best thing about this apartment is the location. Close to all the hustle and bustle is Changsha, lots of eateries choices. On the negative side, we could hear thumping music and felt the vibration from nearby clubs until 3-4 in the morning.

The hotel location was very good, and there were restaurants and department stores nearby, so it was convenient. The 云姐 was also very kind. I will visit again next time.

Need to be able to call contact ahead of time (we chat best) to get door code. This is a homestay, more like a bed and breakfast. The location is fantastic and I loved the 4 bedroom layout! Very nice place with 1.5 baths. There were small detail issues like one of the bathroom doors was difficult to open (slider with missing handle and needing oil or better wheels?). If this is ok for you, you will be delighted with this stay. If you are exceptionally tall, the ceilings above and below the loft area may be uncomfortable, but didn't bother nor affect me. Beautiful window views. Our room was on 11th floor.

The carpark is not per day but per entry, and it was not indicated when we asked and the person that inform us is mentioned that to us that is per day. When you mentioned is per day it means that no matter how many time you in or out it will be counted as one time but now it end up to per entry. The room is not near the river view and the place is not big. The air-conditioning for the living room is not cold and the window unable to close.

來之前很忐忑，以為五一廣場附近的民宿很亂，而且暑假人多，擔心衞生環境，但是來了之後感覺非常好，酒店在雲璽這棟樓，距離國金位置剛好，所以比較安靜，而且衞生條件家人和孩子都很滿意，房間很寬敞，還有孩子喜歡的麻將桌！臨走時孩子還説下次來要再定這家哈哈

這酒店離坡子街是真近，站房間窗户邊，街上人來人往。晚上燈一全亮，那熱鬧勁看得清清楚楚的，煙火氣直往屋裡鑽。下樓走幾步就到小吃扎堆的地方，逛累了回酒店歇腳也快，住這兒方便舒坦，挺好！而且麻將機也挺方便的。

樓底很低，高個子會一直撞到頭，廁所有味道，難以接受，地毯很臟。五點入住竟然還沒打掃乾淨，很離譜，入住的時候沒有工作人員，我們打了幾個電話才有人接，接了以後讓我們去別的樓層入住，到了以後才發現保潔阿姨也才剛到，在收拾房間（那時已經4:30左右），然後廁所和房間都有味道，特別是廁所，味道特別濃，有點像是在外面上廁所的感覺，然後工作人員每次都是隔着很長時間才回消息。反正除了真的離景點比較近以外，真的是沒什麼好處，大家慎重選擇，

第二次定谷豐裏了，巴洛克也是loft房型，好處是有2個衞生間，可以同時洗澡，民宿用的都是電熱水器，如果住的人多，洗澡就不耽誤啦！床也是每層一個大床。巴洛克在8樓，上下左右都沒有很吵的鄰居，睡得挺香的。

小李管家人很熱情，溝通順暢，解決問題快速。住環境不錯。乾淨衞生，周邊交通方便吃東西也方便。以後再來還會選這家住👍🏻

地理位置很好，下樓就是零食很大，坡子街，茶顏，附近吃的也很多，距離黃興路步行街步行15分鐘，鬧中取靜。房間衞生乾淨，小管家服務也很好。美中不足的是洗手間不是乾濕分離，也沒有可以掛衣服的地方。
