New hotel with great value for money! The housing prices are affordable, but the service and quality are not affected at all. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom facilities are complete, and the surrounding transportation is convenient for travel. This stay is really worth the money. When I look for a hotel in the future, this one will be one of my top choices!

When we checked in, the front desk helped us upgrade the room to a suite, which was awesome! The Russian customers were all shocked hahaha! Hygiene: The hotel lobby and rooms are very clean. Service: The service is very thoughtful. We arrived at 12 o'clock in the evening, and the front desk lady reminded us to rest early~ Facilities: The design of the bathroom sliding door is very thoughtful, I like it very much. The tea set on the table is also very impressive~ It's a pity that the time for this business trip was relatively tight, so I couldn't experience all the facilities of the hotel. I will stay here again next time I come to Changsha!

The location is very good, the hotel is tall, the night view is very beautiful, the room is very large, the waiter is very enthusiastic, because I just returned from Mexico, brought a lot of luggage, warmly helped me carry my luggage, take an umbrella, feel very warm, look forward to the next stay.

It is close to the airport, however, it is still too far to walk. Their promised bus was actually publicly shared between multiple hotels. By the time it arrived at our hotel, it was too full to let us on. We almost missed our flight because of this. The hotel should accept partial responsibility for this, because they claim they have a free shuttle service every thirty minutes, which is not completely true. The room was not only neat and clean. The cleaning was also very careful in details. The service provided by the lady at the front desk was particularly good. Whatever you ask, you will be answered promptly. This is really great. Highly recommended.

Booked last minute while waiting for our flight and the staff was quick to organise a room. The food for the breakfast was good with a lot of options. The shower gel smells so GOOD!

The company arranged to stay at the Hanting Hotel for its annual meeting, which was absolutely great value for money. Hygiene: The hygiene is super clean. Even if we often go out to stay, we know that those places may not be clean. There is really nothing to say about hygiene during the stay, it is absolutely 👍 Environment: The environment and atmosphere are very comfortable. It makes people feel like they want to stay for two more days. If it weren't for the fact that the itinerary arranged by the company is a little rushed, I would stay for two more days. Service: The service lady is still very enthusiastic and proactive. The key is that she is kind-hearted and can respond promptly to anything she needs. The hotel is new but the services needed to be improved. Especially there was no identification of their pick up van with hotel signage and rely only on china phone communication which sometimes can be challenging for foreigner travellers. We spent almost an hour then to be picked up and sent to hotel. Also reception counter staff took a long time to check us in due to inexperienced.
