First time to changchun for holiday then to changbaishan. Chosen this hotel as non smoking and bigger room for a family trip. The most surprise to me is the self service laundry washing and drying including steam ironing in a common room. Easy to use and nice room set up-clean and tidy. My kids has get used to have daily shower, this really helped me a lot easpecially in a winter. Secondly, the reception serive is excellent, polite and approachable. Thirdly,to compliment on the room cleaniness: simpliest set up but has all the necessarity ready, xiao du service,and tleritories..didnnot find any dirty corner in the room. Excellent

The hotel is very clean and the environment is very good. We are flying to Changchun in the early morning. The front desk is very concerned. We have called many times to communicate the expected arrival time. We have reserved the room for me in advance. The decoration of the room is also very comfortable. We plan to go to several surrounding attractions the next day. The front desk warmly provided travel guides and food guides around Changchun. When checking out, I also helped to store my luggage. (Luggage storage is free~) The front desk was very careful to help prepare afternoon tea coffee and snacks, which felt very comfortable in the store. Everyone is very enthusiastic, come back next time in Changchun
