The Hotel Location is ok, near to city Center. Some small restaurants nearby. Outside is currently City Hall construction site. So far ok, but could be noisy at some point. Room a little old and smaller than expected. In second day, some towels and Shower gel not refilled. Pool is ok, but the Sauna and other switched off Breakfast big selection, quality so so Would rate it 4 stars in total

It was a pleasant stay for my pals and I at the hotel. The staff were specially helpful. Special thanks goes to Jason who make sure that our needs are catered to - he even went beyond to assist us to order our breakfast using his own handphone in view of our early flight today! The front desk Miya and Ivy were helpful as well! The housekeeper did a good job too, my request for extra bottles of mineral water is met as well, regardless the time of the day. The only con I would say, is the construction works going on - that said, it has to be done so that hotel can cater better services for the Guests. I will visit the hotel again if I visit Changchun again! Thanks!

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. Clean room, great custom service, delicious breakfast, safe neighborhood, and very convenient location. There are 3 different big malls around and many small stores near there. Will recommend it to my family and friends for sure and come back here next visit.

Because I accidentally saw this hotel, I added Changchun to my trip to Northeast China. It turned out to be a very correct decision. Especially the brothers and sisters at the front desk, not only are they all handsome men and beautiful women 😍, but their service attitude is really very, very, very good! ! Every time they are very active to run over to help with the luggage, they are seriously devoted to serving the guests at work, their clothes are neat and clean, and after observation, no one is looking at the phone or chatting, which is really professional. Moreover, in the case of heavy snow, many people stepped on the lobby during the Spring Festival, but the lobby was still clean and shiny, and it really felt that the management was very good. As for how beautiful the garden and the deer are on snowy days, there is no need to elaborate. I like this hotel so much, I will come to Changchun for it for the second, third, and fourth time!
