Changchun Nanguan District Hotels

I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍

When I checked in, when I checked out, all of them were other staff, and they were all friendly. The room was clean and all the necessary items were prepared, so I had a comfortable day. Namhu Park was also well seen in the room. I will stay here again next time I come to Changchun.

Service: The service is very attentive. Manager Han and the cleaning sister are very considerate and enthusiastic. They will try their best to help if there are temporary needs. They also gave us small gifts before leaving🤗 Environment: Nice environment, comfortable Double bathing package: Bathing is very comfortable, Sheniu can experience it haha Hygiene: The room is clean and comfortable Breakfast: I was looking forward to breakfast before checking in. It has a full range of varieties and is very rich. The products are also good and the dining space is large. I like it! What a great hotel! Amway! Come back next time you come to Changchun

When checking in, I asked the front desk about the quietness of the room, and they assured me that it was the quietest place in the hotel. However, unexpectedly, the room had a false balcony, which was separated from the hotel corridor by only a partition. After checking in last night, I found that any slight movement in the corridor could be transmitted to the room, which was a great disturbance to rest and lacked the necessary privacy. Today, when my husband opened the invoice, the price on my side was 295 yuan, but the front desk insisted that it was 265 yuan. I was confused by the difference.

The hotel is a government reception hotel. It still has the grandeur, but the facilities are obviously old. The service is satisfactory and the hygiene is acceptable. The heating is not hot, but there is air conditioning. The breakfast is very good compared to the price. But it also focuses on Chinese food. The bread and snacks are neither good nor bad. The coffee is instant, which is a little regrettable. The most surprising thing is the hotel restaurant, which serves high-quality Northeastern cuisine. As a Harbin native, I was impressed by the pot-fried pork in Jilin. No matter the taste, quality, or quantity. For one person, the waitress said that there would be a lot of leftovers from this dish, and as she said, more than half was left. I ordered another single meal in the room, a small portion, 58 yuan, one meat, one vegetable, one soup, and one rice. All are freshly fried. Very good.

Stayed for 2 nights twin room June 24. We could not fault this place. Super comfortable and quiet. Staff exceptional. Location spot on. 10+ mins walk from Renmin Square subway station on line 1. Cross the road at the lights from the hotel, Chongqing Hu Tong has lots of places to eat. Walk a little further north to Chongqing Lu for a big shopping centre. The best thing about this hotel was the great value. Gets 5 stars for amenities for dyi free laundry. Highly recommend

The water delivery robot is so cute😊 The main point I want to talk about is the issue of washing. It feels very inconvenient based on my personal habits. The shower room is large, maybe too big, and the wash basin is placed outside with a clothes rack next to it, which looks awkward. The shower room and toilet are separated, but share the same door. This design is really weird. If someone is taking a shower inside, you have to squat down and open it for people to watch. There are no clothes hooks outside the shower room and there is no place to put clothes. There is a footrest missing in front of the sink, which makes it annoying for water to spill on the floor when washing. There was also breakfast. The stove in the restaurant was too low. It took more than ten minutes to cook the noodles and they still felt a bit hard. Fortunately, there were not many people eating. If there were too many guests, it would definitely be a problem. It feels like a new hotel and there are still many areas that need to be improved.

My wife and I came to Changchun for the first time. We always choose hotels from old hotels. This time we chose Blancpain Boutique Hotel. I placed an order after seeing the reviews and breakfast. When we arrived at the hotel, we first looked at the room. I need the bed not to be too soft. The front desk clerk Xiaoyue warmly welcomed me. I was very satisfied after seeing the room. The hygiene, facilities and services are very good. Xiaodu is there to answer questions. There are automatic curtains and fruits and free parking. 🥰 Give the hotel a small Thumbs up for the attentive service👍My first choice is Blancpain Hotel next time I come to Changchun👍

The service staff is sweet, attentive, warm-hearted and very caring, and deserves full praise. The room was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The sanitation is also very clean and the environment is elegant. Give a five-star rating. I stayed here again on my way back from Changbai Mountain after stopping in Changchun. The room was amazing the first time. The breakfast was rich, with both Chinese and Western snacks. The noodles were especially delicious, and the freshly ground coffee was also good. The professionalism and dedication of the waiters are admirable. They demonstrated with their actions what high-quality service is and added many good memories to our journey.
