We took executive room and was good as expected. The weather was cooler and chill. But, service didnt feel good because of staffs. Staffs dont seem to be happy. No happy faces from the reception area to the restaurant which makes us feel unwelcomed. 1) Buffet dinner was eye-pleasing but not good to taste. No salt, no any spices. Not tasty at all, except pastries which were good. 2) Buffet breakfast was just ok types. Found dead housefly in drinking water which was kept in the buffet area solely for drinking purpose. So hygiene seemed to be poor. 3) 10% discount was written for those who follow the restaurant on instagram and facebook but, they didnt offer those discounts. When asked during checkout in reception area, they said it should be managed from restaurant not here. Isnt the restaurant theirs? Should not they be held responsible for offering discounts if it is available? 4) The choice of wall climbing, couple swing or sky walk was given in our package but they didnt guide us where and when should we go for it. And ultimately, we missed this offer as after checkout, we directly went for cable car to return and even during checkouts, receptionist didnt inform us neither bothered. If they work on these things, it would be better in future. So this is our honest review of our stay at the resort. Out of a dozen of resort we have visited and stayed, this one is the worst in terms of services and staffs. So this would be our first and last visit to this resort
