The hotel was ok for the pricing but staff was not ok at all. They were rude. Did not gave us ro water when asked. Charged us bill for water bottles which we dint bought. On explaining argued unnecessarily. The guy on the reception needs serious training in customer dealing.

1. Need improvement in rooms like open sockets, fan ceiling etc. 2. Service and staff is good. Polite and helping nature 3. Near to nclt chandigarh and other related govt offices

Hotel room was clean & tidy, staff were very helpful. Location wise it is very good, with all shopping & eating places around. The cleanliness of the toilet & it's plumbing needs an extra improvement, but it was not dirty. The electric switch placement needs to be looked into for better convenience
