The bed was full of hair when I checked in, even for indian standards it was unacceptable. Staff was also the unfriendliest I‘ve had in India so far.

Cooperative staff and taste foods. I am staying here now regular during my visit plan. Staff listen our customer requirements and they have resolved customers problems for our check in and check out and room service. Thanks to all keep it up.

No difference between ordinary deluxe and super deluxe rooms. Room no 201 experience was very bad. No issue with the food. But room condition was pathetic. Main door jammed and toilet door was not properly closing, toilet flush bloked,

Good for the price range. The best part was basic minimum details were taken care of like toiletries, and foot rags outside the bathroom which are missing in the majority of the hotels at this price range. The food was good. The acoustics were bad though. I could hear TV sound from the reception which was not anywhere near my room

Nice and clean rooms .This is a wonderful property with a great location. The service was excellent and the rooms well-maintained. However, the signal strength of the WiFi was a bit weak. A convenient budget choice for all types of travellers.

We stayed in this hotel for a few nights ***** with my family and had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to solve any problems. Very family-friendly, will recommend it to anyone who is visiting this city to stay in this hotel. Though breakfast had limited options, overall it was satisfying.

Linen were neat n clean toiletries were good, room and washroom were clean and fresh. Food was very good and the room service and restaurant service. Both were excellent. Friendly staff and presence of honour himself was appreciable.
