In the district of Creux de Li, in a quiet, sunny position, 3.8 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, east facing position. Private: garden lawn 300 m2. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access to the house, except in winter 200 m (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, single garage. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 3 km, café 1 km, bus stop 500 m, thermal baths 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, ski bus stop 500 m, ski school 3 km, ski-kindergarten 3 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. First contact with Interhome office in Ovronnaz very friendly and helpful. Key handover and delivery of documents flawless. House beautifully situated, fantastic view. Living room very comfortable, outdoor area spacious. Expansion and sanitary facilities
