Le petit déjeuner était excellent, avec un large choix de produits frais, de la région, et de qualité. Mention spéciale à la dame qui s’occupe du service : elle est d’une grande gentillesse et très attentive aux besoins des clients. Son accueil chaleureux rend le début de journée encore plus agréable. L'appart-hôtel dispose d'un grand parking gratuit pour les visiteurs, idéal si vous venez en voiture. Un peu loin du centre, 10 minutes en voiture mais nous étions hors saison donc pas de bouchon. En revanche, plusieurs points négatifs ont terni notre expérience. Tout d'abord, les horaires d’arrivée (17h) et de départ (10h) sont peu pratiques et trop restrictifs. Concernant le spa, nous avons été très déçus : il s’apparente plus à un simple espace détente situé dans une cave, avec des murs gondolés par l’humidité. De plus, son accès est payant (12€ + 2€ pour la location d'une serviette), alors que nous pensions qu'il était inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Nous ne l'avons appris qu’au moment du départ, ce qui nous a laissés un goût amer. Le jacuzzi n’était même pas fonctionnel. Et malgré cela, notre amie enceinte, qui s’est simplement allongée sur un transat, a dû payer 14€. Enfin, la piscine dite "chauffée" ne se trouve pas au même endroit, ce qui complique l’organisation pour se détendre. En résumé, un assez bon appart-hôtel pour une nuit avec un excellent petit déjeuner, mais des services annexes à revoir tant sur la transparence que sur la qualité. Cela correspond vraiment à une location d'appartement et non un appart-hôtel car il y a toujours des frais en plus. C'est dommage.
