Fantastic place in the heart of Chamonix. This place exceeded all expectations, we stayed here from 12/30/23 to 1/2/24. Beautiful, clean, spacious and modern. Before arrival, got a call from one of the caretakers (Yan) and had a brief meeting before we settled in. The building has a separate ski gear and boots room along with super convenient wine and food shops on the ground floor. Televisions (with DVD) in each room, excellent bathrooms and perfectly decorated. The location is in the heart of the village, walkable to shops, restaurants and ski rentals. I highly recommend this residence and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if by chance I'm in the area again.

- Second time at Quartz Mont Blanc - Location: 10/10, located almost in Centre and all major activities are all within walking distance/biking. - Supermarket nearby 1 minute walk - Many restaurants within vicinity. - Apartment had 3 bedrooms with a bathroom in each room + living room + kitchen area + balconies in each room. - Saturday market under building on Saturdays with lots of fresh food options. - Mr. Yan is the best, he is very dedicated and friendly. We stayed for 6 nights and were able to extend for another night without any issues and at a very good price for total duration. - Cookware and tableware available with basics like salt, pepper, ketchup, etc. - Iron and table available as well as dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. - Bed linen available. - We were there with 2 kids and 5 adults. Would I come back? Definitely!

Nous avons adoré notre sejour au Quartz. Suite une chambre, cuisine moderne, deux salles de bain. Neuf très propre et confortable. Petite terrasse où nous avons partagé repas avec vue sur les montagnes. Situe à l'entrée du village tout est à distance de marche. Nous avions un sejour originalement prevu pour 5 nuits et nous avons décidé de prolonger. Notez qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation mais malgré la canicule, les soirées plutôt fraîches nous ont permis de bien dormir. Il y a un parking tres pratique et sans tracas. L'hôte est sympathique. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit.

Le Quartz Mont-Blanc propose de beaux appartements conçus selon le modèle des condos américains et c'est génial. Fonctionnel, spacieux, confortable et de très bon goût, l'appartement pour 9 personnes comptent 4 salles de bains ultra modernes, un une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, un espace living chaleureux et tout le nécessaire pour vivre ensemble. Tout est bien pensé et en plein coeur de Chamonix (avec parking free). Le propriétaire, Yannick, est sympathique et professionnel, très à l'écoute et serviable. Notre séjour au Quartz nous laissera un magnifique souvenir.
