Hotel dekat Congress Center LE MAJESTIC, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc

I was originally looking forward to staying in this hotel and booked a larger room. Later, they gave us a small ordinary room. I complained to the hotel and it was not the room I booked. They later changed me to a larger room. The room was on the third floor. The staff at the door of the hotel was probably an inexperienced waiter. He spoke very unpleasantly and rolled his eyes. The waiter downstairs also said, ”This is the room you booked. I really Very speechless! Later, when I saw the photos, I realized that I had not booked it. Of course, the hotel apologized and gave me a small bottle of champagne, but the experience was also very bad! I wanted to go to the SPA again, but the waiter said that our hotel was very full. I asked for a long time but got no reply. I asked again the next morning, and there was actually a seat! Very bad experience at this hotel, nothing like a five star hotel, will never come back again! 🤦🏻♀️🥲

Everything was fine, the only thing was that it was a little cold at night. Excellent breakfast. The view from the room was spectacular.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the balcony offered breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Dining: The food was fantastic! Breakfast each morning was a generous spread with a variety of fresh options, from pastries to local cheeses and fruits. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the gourmet meals exceeded my expectations. The chef does an excellent job incorporating local ingredients into traditional dishes, all with a contemporary twist. Facilities: The hotel spa is a hidden gem—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or skiing. The sauna and hot tub were wonderful, and the massage I had was the best I’ve had in a long time. They also have a great lounge area with a fireplace, perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying a drink in the evening. Service: The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with any request, whether it was booking excursions, providing local recommendations, or simply ensuring that everything ran smoothly during my stay. Bonus tip: The best Indian restaurant is walkable distance (400 meters) from the hotel - Annapurna 2. Must visit 😉 Overall, Chalet Hotel in Chamonix combines luxurious comfort with the charm of an authentic alpine retreat. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and top-notch service. I can’t wait to return!

amazing HOTEL with 3 restaurant (check on your stay if all Open) dancing , bar, diner show ! Great experience , good atmosphere 1 thing only not liked : outside pool too cold , nobody inside as too cold !

This is very close to taking the Lumidiguir cable car and the cleanliness of the hotel facilities is very satisfactory. External parking is no problem. Everything was good and the time of one night was so unfortunate

Really nice hotel with great amenities. Be sure to check out the sauna on the roof as it looks out onto the mountains in spectacular fashion! The room was nice and very clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. This property is right in the city center and you can see the train station from the front door. A really good property and I highly recommend!

Lovely hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. Very affordable and Close to everything. We were offered to use sauna by ourselves for an hour as long as you book ahead. Highly recommended.

Lovely rooms with big balcony enjoying the Mont Blanc. Convenient location close to the train station going to see the glacier and the cave. Nice spa and steam activities.
