The hotel's service is not good. Rooms were not ready even after check in time. We had to wait for 1 hr. Also room service was not good.

It was not a good stay at this hotel. Buffet menu was very limited. Moreover food was not upto the mark. It was not tasty i asked the representative that food is not good. He said that "hotel my aesa hi milta hai. It was poor stay.

Room was very stinky. Smelly and lots of humidity. Despite repeated request nothing was done by the hotel staff. Room bedding was wet due to humidity n thy don't even changed it despite repeated request.

The hotel's service and friendliness were outstanding. They cared after us admirably at all times. The food in this hotel was also quite good. This is a fantastic place to stay if you're visiting Dalhousie. We had a fantastic experience at the hotel and would want to express our gratitude to everyone involved. Thank you especially to Topy Bhai, who looked after our group from the start to the finish of the journey (Kasol-Manali-Dharamshala-Dalhousie-Amritsar).
