The service was excellent, their food was extremely fresh and tasty with many options to choose from, our room was very comfortable and cozy. The staff were extremely courteous and made sure we were happy with everything. Amazing stay overall

It was a great decision to book Best Western in Dalhousie for my trip. The ambience was superb of the Resort. Hotel is located in a beautiful place. The Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The view from the Resort is mesmerizing .The Food quality is amazing, mouth watering food . The room has proper amenities which are required for daily basis . Staff is Go Getter and Humble Too. I strongly recommend to Book this hotel for your Dalhousie Stay. And the person Mr. Anil Thakur is very humble personality handles and cares the customers very well. Special thanks to entire team of Best Western Dalhousie.

BW Dalhousie stands out in terms of hospitality, quality food, infrastructure and views. To be specific - Every staff from front desk to attendants went extra mile displaying a genuine eagerness and heartfelt willingness to serve guests better and with cheerful smile. - The chef knows his thing. Every dish we ordered was touching perfection. The in-house doughnuts was beating MOD by miles. Same goes with every other dish which we we tried, was simply top notch . What impressed me was the chefs consistency to give great results across various food genre. - Hotel have new infrastructure, everything was spotless, the view from the room was fabulous and specially from there top floor restaurant it's just mesmerising. If there is any place I would choose to revisit, BW Dalhousie will undoubtedly be at the top of the list.

Excellent property. Enjoyed staying here. Staff was amazing and friendly. The food was extraordinary, really loved the food and there chef was amazing. Good games in the lobby to surpass time in the evening. Really recommend the hotel. Location not to far from the main market area.
