Hotel Lav-Kush

No towels. No hot water. I had to kill 4 roaches upon entering the room. Bathroom cleanliness was disgusting as was the general condition of the room. I’m not sure how this is a three star hotel by anyone’s definition. There was a four hour power cut, but no one came to offer information or give help such as some candles or portable lights. The building stinks of cigarette smoke even with the air con and room fan on. When I arrived the *** behind the desk was very unhelpful and took a long time to check me in and asked an extensive amount of question as if I hadn’t booked at all. After my stay, I spent my final night in a much better hotel by the airport just to get over my stay here.

I'm writing in hindi so most of the people can understand. oh ho ho bhai sahab maine apne life mein isse Ganda and bakwas hotel ni dekha hai, 1 raat he ruka hu, poora area he kharb hai har jagh gandagi smeel and kachra he kachra hai. hotel mein koi service ni towel ni, pani ni . strictly avoid going with the family as the area and hotel is not at all safe. These hotels should be black list.

Average hotel with basic amenities.Do not have telephone in triple bed room . Room and bathroom have bad odour due to dempness .Cleaning is ok.Have walkable distance to new delhi railway station.
