The room was not at all comfortable. Because they had given a very small room with low level of cleanliness and the room is in the 3 rd floor. The hotel does not have lift facility. So not at all value for the money which i have paid.

It was a superb stay familiar stay with the staff. Good location good rooms good paintings. All things are good which make me feel very good and also good security for family. All are good thank you to all staff from star paradise hotel

Everything is okay but at some points hotels management should try to enhance the services. Like there is tv in room but was not functioning. And check-in process could be more fine.

My overall experience was not good as there was no lift available and i was allotted 4 th floor (401). Even the blanket was not good it was stinking and i told them to change it but in return they gave me other blanket just like the previous one and the washroom was not good so i will give them 2 stars only.

Awful, unprofessional and unhygienic. 1. No elevator to the 4th floor. 2. Broken sink pipe. 3. Did not change the sheets despite repeated reminders. 4. Had to wait for hot water for more than an hour. 5. Food order comes after a long delay. 6. No housekeeping. Few more points. Worst experience.
