The hotel location very bad
im not comfortable this hotel this hotel management very bad service and room service poor, totally not interested next time stay for this hotel

I was booked in this place by my travel agent. The place is in the middle of the market with no parking space. The property is old and dirty. The staff and Mr.Pai is an arrogant person. I had told my travel agent that if it is similar to hotel Laxmi Niwas which was booked for me is Jaipur, cancel it. But he gave me the reasons of cancellation rules which I am sure is a lie and the price which I had paid is not anywhere close to it. I was cheated by Javeed from Indian tours , Pune/ Satara.

entrance is very bad with open drain water flowing. rooms are very bad -totally different from photos shown while booking and room service is bad. ac not cooling. please send me ur help line no … i want to cancel the 2nd day booking. ordered tea 8:20pm and still waiting for tea

It was a nice experience. Very cooperative staff and ready to serve us anytime. The rooms were very neat and overall hygene is very good. Its a budgeted hotel to stay safe. The manager sitting there is highly experienced in delhi and will help us to clear our doubts about travel around delhi.

The stay was really very comfortable. The staff is really helpful and also the rooms are well maintained and sanitised as shown in the pictures. There was no problem in getting the location as well, this was my second time and i really enjoyed. Hopefully i have a great place to stay when i arrive in delhi. Moreover it was a couple stay so i really enjoyed the ambience and the great behaviour from the staff.

1. Property don't have their own restaurant where they can offer breakfast. 2. They buy breakfast from external vendor and serve in the room. 3. No hot water 4. Bathroom and room equipments are too old. Need lots of repair. 5. Property doesn't come in 3-star category. Its purely budget lodge room.
