Hotel City View Deluxe

場所はかなり良い場所であったが、電気トラブルの関係で、系列のワンランク下と思われるホテルに勝手に変更されていた点が残念だった。

Location is excellent, staff very kind, clean rooms and decent breakfast. Definitely recommend. My husband didn't like the hight but I loved it. Our room was on the 13th floor and the view was astonishing

Stayed here for three nights in August 2023 while visiting Sarajevo and thought it was excellent. The hotel is right in the centre of town, near any number of restaurants and cafes, plus being on the top floors of the building has incredible views from the rooms (including bathrooms which is quite unique). The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, including the bed which led to excellent sleep. It's also moments walk away from some of the main sights in Sarajevo. The staff really friendly, especially Ane who was super helpful and great to chat to about travel and Bosnia in general. When I arrived at the building, I wasn't sure how to get to the actual reception/hotel because it's only the upper floors, and couldn't see a sign, but just take the lift to the top floor and you come out at reception. The cafe in the hotel seems the place to be for young Sarajevo residents and plays loud music until 23:00 on the dot, which can heard in your room above. Those two minor points aside, I loved my stay here, was quite sad to leave and look forward to hopefully staying again, next visit.

Ho pernottato due notti in occasione di un viaggio di lavoro. La posizione è centralissima, proprio di fronte all'Eternal Flame. Non lasciatevi ingannare dall'entrata che è un po' sacrificata da negozi ai lati, l'hotel è situato al nono piano, raggiungibile con ascensore dedicato, e la vista dalle camere da sola vale il soggiorno. Camera molto carina, pulita e ben tenuta, personale cordiale e disponibile. La mia prenotazione includeva la colazione, che viene servita nel bar con terrazza panoramica situato al decimo piano. Colazione molto buona, preparata al momento con prodotti locali e con il bonus della magnifica vista dalle vetrate che danno sulla terrazza. Dal mio punto di vista una scelta ottimale dal punto di vista del rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Otel, şehrin tam merkezinde bulunuyor. Odalar en üst katlarda yer alıyor ve muhteşem bir manzaraya sahip. Odalar oldukça geniş. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Ancak bence o otelin en önemli özelliği çalışanlar. Karşılama ve misafirlerle iletişim gerçekten çok iyi. Konaklama için şiddetle tavsiye ederim.
