Do not go there, unless you are paid for. The hotel is next to a highway, so if you take a sea view room you will hear a lot of noise from the cars/trucks etc. Starting with 5 pm it is impossible to sleep. The food is a mess, you are never sure what is it in your plate. The staff is always so tired and sick of tourists, you better ask them nothing. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by unfinished buildings, cheap stores, concrete and weeds. The sewage smell in the room we stayed was, of course, unbearable. The beach is in poor condition. Yes, they have a bar there with free beer and you can have lunch there, but everything is so dirty and shabby. The furniture, the elevator, the carpets etc everything is old, a bit dirty and cheap.

Very bad hotel and staff. There was no internet in the rooms but in there website it said there was. The towels were smelly. My entire family were vomiting and having Diarrhoea from the food. The food was terrible. There was at least 500-600people with 1 small pool, all crowded up. Also the staff have no interest in helping u when needed. Worst hotel I’ve been. Would never recommend.

Big hotel alot of children the pool was not enought for people beach was nice room cleaning avarage food was tasty but restaurant is samaal for the hotel capacity.....animation team was good the staff from reception mostly unhappy but helpful

Together with my family we have booked this holidays without checking reviews and after I have regret so bad. The same day that we booked the hotel after reviewing all opinions about the place the company didn’t allow us to change hotel. We were hoping that when will arrive to hotel won’t be so bad… but it was even worse….dont know when to start. Unfriendly staff at the receptionist we have recived room on the first floor which was smelling canalisation…very lazy housekeepings very lazy if you not leave any money they won’t even clean your room. We were requesting 3 times per day to clean room…like come on 5 star hotel and you need to ask for toilet paper or towels…food was disgusting, no choice for kids not even fries, we lost 5 kg after all inclusive holidays there… and on the last day we got stomach bug….sunbeds very dirty, and you need wake up 6-7am to get space beside pool.No selection of cocktails…the same system applies here if you not leaving tips you will get plastic cup if you give them money you will get glass. Is that really all inclusive…?? Hotel full of Rusian people without manners..trying to escape queue for drinks and food. If you wanna enjoy your holidays please do not go there…

Trust the bad reviews, don't make the mistake we did! It is not 5 stars in any case. A very poor quality accommodation. Everything is old, I'm surprised they still have an elevator - one of them obviously doesn't work. The reservation was not respected, something that seems unimaginable in 2024, but it is still possible here - you pay for two rooms, you get one for 4 people, luckily we knew each other, others actually met that way - a room where two couples were placed who did not know each other. Cleanliness 0, for towels you have to call the reception 4-5 times, others received towels after 3 days. The bed linen is somewhat clean, but all stained - in the first room, I'm not 100% sure the bed linen has been changed from the last guest, on the floor it's definitely not swept/vacuumed, because I found a single-use flip-flop from the hotel, behind a curtain. Food is acceptable, morning and evening, being diversified, but mostly recycled. There are 2-3 new dishes a day, but for the most part I ate the same dishes for a week. The location is also bad, but it's not very far from the beach - about 500m, either over the highway or under it. The beach with stones, you need shoes - they are about 5 euros at the shops. Bonus, in the area you can hear a mosque, the most disturbing at 4 in the morning + the highway + the balcony door that doesn't close tightly = party. Another inconvenience would be the other guests, who are 90% Russian. Another party, full of callousness and disgust. However, I do not recommend this location to anyone.
