Wow, what a huge disappointment. Staff not particularly welcoming, bar staff miserable as hell (the men, not so much the woman) never smiled. Rooms are adequate but not fantastic, no water in the room, no tea /coffee making facilities and the bar staff limit 2 drinks to be served per individual despite the fact we are a family of 3. 2nd week, hotel looks to be full but they still won’t open all of the restaurants or bars! No swimming towels provided either…. Lastly the food, incredibly basic and seriously boring,

All inclusive was very disappointing anything in a bottle or most snacks you have to pay extra. The worse was yet to come eating in the main restaurant I took a bit of a bit of food to find a pice of glass inside. I bitten down on the glass and crushed it in my mouth. The restaurant manager and the hotel manager was not really bothered. I had to remind them that the hotel was full of young kids this is dangerous and not acceptable. Would not recommend and definitely would not return. Also not as straight forward making a complaint with easy jet

Absolutely fantastic what a beautiful place Experience was 100% I find it odd the negative reviews where do they come is it from customers at a different hotel ? Cannot fault , rooms amazing and the whole team were professional and accommodating The choice of restaurant great and the free beach and bar was highlight of holiday All staff so very friendly and shuttle to cefalu and beach 100% Completely wowed and travelled extensively all over Europe and med ! Where have people who give negative views been ? If you want quality comfort and atmosphere please do come here to this fabulous hotel So shocked that negative reviews please choose wisely and this is not a cheap all inclusive option this is culture and beauty with bonuses And the culture and service second to none with addition of fun fun fun

Just returned from Costa Verde in Cefalù with a group of 12 people. (6 Adults + 6 Children). Whilst Jet2 was correct in stating online this hotel had stunning views, they were only visible from the poolside of the hotel. The 2 outdoor pools and surrounding areas were both modern & large with ample new sun beds & umbrellas. Please note no free towels 22 Euoro’s deposit in cash each. A good-quality Astro football pitch is behind the nightly entertainment area. All the children enjoyed the free entry water park next door. The Mediterranean food in the lunch & evening buffet restaurant with no aircon was far from delicious, with a heavy bias towards pasta. Breakfast, which was bland with lots of cakes & pastries, was served in another restaurant which appeared to have air con, but it was switched off just like the reception area & main bar on the ground floor. Please note: No beer or soft drinks may be served with any meals, only bottled water or red or white house wine. The bedrooms were very basic with tired & well past their sell-by-date bathrooms/showers. No kettle & empty fridge on arrival not even small bottle of water. Moving on to the all-inclusive drinks bar experience was bizarre and miles away from being friendly. Our party of 12 was expected to queue up at the bar and individually order one drink each from the cashier. i.e., it's ok to order a gin (only one drink). It’s not ok to order Gin & Tonic (as that’s 2 drinks!). Your armband microchip would then be scanned by the cashier, and he would give you a printed receipt, which you then had to give to the barman, who would pour your one drink. Hence there were very long and slow queues. With regard to draught beers, they were dispensed in either 200 ml glasses in the main bar or smaller plastic cups at the poolside bar. Obviously most English guests complained to the bar staff who simply claimed they couldn’t speak or understand English or would simply state in perfect English, “It’s impossible.” Complaints to the hotel manager were merely fobbed off as a communication problem, and you were simply referred back to the “REGULATIONS” which you were issued with on check-in. After 6 days, amazingly, the beer glasses shot up to the “REGULATIONS” size of 250 ml, a mere 5th of a litre! To summarise, find it hard to believe this hotel is rated 4 Star. This is a hotel not best suited to English guests on All Inclusive and it will be my last Costa Hotel.

Well well well not much to say apart from simply don’t come here if you are english. This hotel is completely discriminatory to the english. Beds are like rocks, “duvet” is like a sheet of paper and you are only allowed one drink per person at a time. Simply do not come here? Unless you like fish for breakfast, lunch and dinner do not attend. The staff are horrible and make fun of you and are just not nice people. Service is terrible. You get told off by the life guards for absolutely everything, a child got told off for jumping in the pool. I would never attend here again and do NOT recommend.
