Good location, just beside Cebu City Capitol. Breakfast buffet was great. Clean room. Price is reasonable. Surely, I'll be booking again once I'll be in Cebu.

因為到宿務辦理完各種手續已經凌晨了，服務人員還在這點還不錯，房間就不要想了，就國內好幾線小縣城水平吧，沒有洗澡水。

Staff were great but you pay for extra water (Php20 per 250ml) or pillow (Php100). Location is great. Literally beside the city hall. There’s a bakery beside the hotel and restaurant at 2nd floor. Staff there are super friendly and kind. Noticeably a bunch of lovely crystals at the lobby.

Beautiful and clean room, fresh linens, great bed, very delicious Chinese and Filipino food, efficient and friendly service, good parking and right beside the provincial capitol. Convenient location. Interesting, unique collection of crystals. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel breakfast was a little disappointing very much aimed at the local market

We stayed in the family room, heater in shower was not working Beds were okay Breakfast had VERY limited selection, requested for one viand to be refilled but was only attended after 20-30minutes (we were already done eating) Most bothering experience - we were at our room and a staff came in using what I guess is their Master key. No knock or anything, just plainly barged in. Imagine how unsafe we feel. What if someone was changing or we left our belongings laying around. So disappointing. As of writing we are checking out immediately of this disappointing establishment.

Room was nice, service was good, restaurant was good. Only complaint, toiletries were cheap, made our skin & hair dry. The hot water fluctuated between cold n warm with spurts of hot water.
