Ulasan RedDoorz Plus New Era Budget Hotel Mabolo former Reddoorz near Landers Superstore Cebu City

It was my nightmare staying in this hotel and worst experience ever because I got stuck in the room for an hour with my daughter the door is locked cuz there doorknob is not working properly I was asking for help but nobody heard my scream the room that I stayed has no telephone to call the costumer service in the front desk. I got helped by the other people in other building who heard my voice in the comfort room screaming for help

Accomodating staffs

There were endless ants, flies and lizards in my room. No matter how many times I crush them, they just keep coming back. You get one water bottle a day. This is a good point. There is a clean graining and trip kit, toothbrush, shampoo and soap every day, so the making service is satisfactory. The shower suddenly gets hot, so be careful. You will get burned. The location is very good, as it is only a few minutes walk to Ayala Center Cebu. There were some rules that I didn't understand, so I would like them to change the rules to prioritize customers. There were some difficult rules that were selfish. I would like them to be more flexible. If I were not a kind-hearted person and not from the country, I would have a dispute. However, considering the price and various other aspects, it is a hotel that I can fully recommend. If you come here, you may want to stay for a few nights.

Will book ulit soon pag may event kami ulit sa Davao. Will recommend this one, lalo na sa mga naghahanap na malapit lng sa downtown. Kudos po sa lahat ng staff.

They dont allow visitors to go inside the room even if its just for awhile and also their rooms is not hygienic enough for me

Too small even I book for single bed. No bidet at the CR. No chair available inside. I keep on coming downstairs to ask , although they issued all ny request. But they are not checking? Prior on my arrival. No bidet so they must put 1 pair of pail & a tabo inside the cr. AC is not that fold.

Very accommodating and everyone are friendly.
