Entre a été stipule a 14 heures ,mais ils nous ont laisser rentrer à 16 heures
La nourriture a oublier..pire que a la cantine scolaire,
Spectacle pour la nuit pour 10, spectaculaire !!! Bravo

The best hotel ever🤩✨☀️!! The thematic restaurant was excellent. The breakfast next to the pool was pretty good and the Beach was gorgeous🤩 🏝️. The shows, Animation team was really good and I really enjoyed my vacations in this resort. Definitely 10/10

For me, a great experience and with excellent attention thanks to all its very attentive and helpful workers. A spectacular meal. The animation team is very varied always with something new in the evenings. Super clean rooms and total hygiene throughout the hotel. I would repeat it again.

They tried their best. I was the only one there it seemed like I was the only one there on whole island so the food was Cuban I was upgraded to a suite and it was beautiful. It smelled nice and it was well kept a few fluffs, but that is Cuba this place is getting a hard run from people who I don’t think have ever been to Cuba before on that note this place is a diamond in the rough.

First time here. It's such a wonderful place. The workers there are so amazing and make you feel so welcomed. These worker I would like to name just a few that I know which includes. May, Julio, tito Talia Danny Miguel angel channel Guillermo Jose Carlo Miguel's Marcus, livan, yuniel, billboa, Pedro, lizzy, lizbeth, rolando, alex. Every one is just so awesome that I can't remember everyone's name. Thank you we had such a great time.

Excellent vacation and sad to leave on June 10 2024. Check in was quick and the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. This is our third time here twice when it was Oceans Casa Del Mar and now as ROC Casa Del Mar. Our room wad 3rd floor ocean view and our house keeping was amazing. We always had water upon entering our room. Breakfast always had plenty of eggs and bacon available and we were never hungry. Drinks were plentiful and wifi worked great. Beach is beautiful and we are repeaters from back when the ROC was Oceans and will definitely be back. Yes the resort is half shut down but when it's low season this is how you conserve money and energy and concentrate on keeping guests satisfied with good atmosphere day in and day out. Beach bar and grill are also wonderful and nightly entertainment was well organized and fun to be entertained for. The grounds are well manicured with lush vegetation and swimming pool and kids club was always clean with swim up bar. Gonna miss my rum n coke but definitely will be back to enjoy it all again. ROC is good and easy to please and again the beach is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for a great vacation.
