Entre a été stipule a 14 heures ,mais ils nous ont laisser rentrer à 16 heures La nourriture a oublier..pire que a la cantine scolaire, Spectacle pour la nuit pour 10, spectaculaire !!! Bravo

The best was the weather. The rest, i.e. the hotel, the food etc. deserve maybe 2*. Half of the resort was closed. The childrens swimming pool was closed. Everything untidy, The food like in a state owned restaurant in Havanna. We were a group of 10 persons, and asking for hamburgers they hadn't enough for all of us, due to the situation in Cuba, they said. I could go on and on with what didn't work.

Hotel Roc Casa del Mar in Cayo Santa Maria was an incredible and most memorable resort. We have been travelling throughout Cuba from Habana to Santiago for over 30+ years. This hotel and cayo were one of the best we have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a dance and cocktail and received a free upgrade to Oceanview. The service excellence continued throughout our stay with a personal welcome from the Executive Chef Gilberto from Mexico, consistent and delicious cocktails y cafe from Bartender Yohandy, played dominos doble 6 con mi linda Maydelin, entertainment and dancing with the DJ, Aramis y el jefe del animacion and their magnificent crew, warm greetings from the Director of the resort Cristoffe and the lovely camareras including Yeini. Food was delicious and plentiful including a lobster dinner. Beach is one of the best with powder white sand and clear turquoise water. Every Thursday, they take repeat guests and Canadians to a host hotel for a feast, open bar, dancing with live band for free. The staff at Casa del Mar are the heart and soul of this hotel and we now consider them family and friends for life. You would be hard pressed to find a better hotel that has it all in the cayo. This includes driving a jeep viewing beautiful gardens with a cocktail, farm visit to see the animals, milk a cow and hold a baby goat, eat sugarcane, delicious lunch, ride horses and jump in the river with the help of lifeguard Wilver. If you don't want to drive the jeep, they will arrange a driver for you for a minimal cost. The catamaran tour was also worth the cost including a lobster lunch and swimming with the dolphins!
