Sanctuary at Grand Memories Cayo Largo

This was my second visit to Sanctuary and it definitely won't be my last! It's the perfect place to relax and reset, but also to have a little fun. The staff treat you like family and they go above and beyond to make your vacation amazing! Daviel was extremely helpful and I couldn't be more grateful!

I am very happy of my first visit to Cayo Largo as I previously visited La Habana in April 2024. Staying at Sanctuary made me feel at ease as the staff was really dedicated to welcome me and make sure I was comfortable. It’s a quiet get away, dedicated for adults. The staff is really welcoming, and treat us like family. They always made sure we had everything taken care of. We always had a shuttle or golf cart available to go to the Playa Sirena and other resorts. Interesting now that we were able to eat at any resort; Starfish, Villa Coral, Villa Natura etc.

I came to this hotel because they recommended it to me. It's very good. We had a room with a sea view. The view is incredible. The beach is one of the best in Cuba. The animation boys made it possible for our family to have a beautiful and fun unforgettable vacation in this wonderful hotel

This was our second time at Sanctuary. We thought it was fantastic last year, but this year has been mega-fantastic. Usually, visitors know that the food will be poor, but forget that thought for this year. On a personal view, I’ve never eaten better in my eight time in Cuba (Cayo Largo, Cayo Coco, Varadero and Cayo Santa Maria). And coming back for a second time was like meeting our friends again. Even though many of them have worked for more than 100 days in a row (12-15 hours per day), they keep smiling and going out of their way to put you first. At my wife’s birthday, the cleaning ladies knocked at our door and to sing her Happy Birthday, decorated our bed with wonderful flowers and created a cake with towels and let’s not forget the time and spot they reserved for her at the dinning room with balloons and banner and again the staff sang her happy birthday. I can’t say enough about the staff. Sanctuary has the most beautiful rooms (bungalows) and it is very intimate. And the beaches…oh my! Paradise! Thank you all. We love you all!

The staff is nice and welcoming. The pool is nice, but near the road. You won't lack alcohol. The food is ok, not always the same. You can order eggs or other stuff like french toast on the grill. The bungalow is nice. Big shower. The cooling system works just fine. If you need anything don't hesitate to ask the front desk. You can also access all the other hotels. The public beach is great with few people.

Nice hotel with spacious wooden huts. The service is great. If you’ve got food allergies they accommodate well. Most people come here to do the typical all inclusive holidays but you can also get your peace if you don’t participate in the hotel activities.
