Pestana Cayo Coco Beach Resort

I was in this hotel just 3 days ago and honestly it was the best choice, it has good cleaning, it is very close to the airport and always has good food, the beaches are very clean, in the snack there is always good fast food, there are always fries and hamburger, tuna, chicken, the staff is very friendly and the customer service could undoubtedly say that it was the best of the hotel, I want to thank Jennifer very much for the customer service, I went to report a small problem that I had throughout my stay and she solved it in less than 20 minutes, the other customer service are still great, I will definitely come back, I want to see you guys again, great vacation

I'm still in the hotel, I want to talk about how beautiful this hotel is, I usually go to Santa Maria but honestly I don't regret having found this hotel, I was encouraged to come by the comments of some friends, I want to highlight the cleanliness of the beaches, the buffet has very varied food and is always very good especially in the afternoon, the customer service girls Jennifer and Anelis are incredible I wanted to celebrate my wife's birthday and it was spectacular she was very happy, without a doubt I will return in August to celebrate my wedding anniversary, thank you paraisooo!!!

This is my 7th times in this hotel and I have to say that is AMAZING !!!!today we have a special dinner and it was incredible, the beach is very clean and all the staff is awesome ,I want to say that annelys ,Jennifer and Ernesto from customer service are the best ,they've a beautiful smile and always gives you the best results, I want to say thanks to lady from the lobby ,thanks for everything playa paraiso

I'm still in the hotel ,this is my 10th times in this hotel and I absolutely recommend it, the personal is awesomeeee,to day we had a special dinner and i want to say thanks to the chef cause food was incredible and obviously i want to say thanks to annelys,jennifer and ernesto from customer service cause they was incredible, lazarofron entertainment too he was so nice ,thank you for everything playa paraiso, will see you again next month

The entertainment crew at this resort was outstanding. They made the days and nights exciting and keeping everyone engaged! The staff names of the group are as follows! YOIMA IRINA DANIELA YARILYS YULIET DARY ALEJANDRO RAFAEL ALCALDE DULIAN ROJER ELIER-BREK DANCE BOY DJ-RICHART DJ - ALEJANDRO JEFE ANIMACION-ROBERT These above mentioned names cemented myself and my family to return back to the resort. Also we dined at the Italian restaurant and the staff was fantastic. Their names were Roxana,yuriday, yunia. I did not meet one person at this place who was not friendly I just didn’t get a chance to get everyone’s name! The beach was clean, and the sand was perfect and filled with beautiful sea shells. I would recommend to anyone to bring water shoes if you plan on going in the water cause of shells! We will be back to this resort for sure!

Get ready to fall in love at Playa Paraiso. The beach is absolutely beautiful. The staff are the friendliest people you will ever meet. The animation team is incredibly talented and so entertaining, you won’t be disappointed! We had the best time on our vacation and can’t wait to go back!
