Beautiful newly opened hotel with very nice staff providing excellent service!
We stayed at the Moon Boutique Hotel for one night while visiting Cat Ba island. The hotel is very well located on the town's main street and all sights on the island are easily accessible from this point.
The room was large, stylishly decorated and had a very comfortable bed.
Our favorite part of the hotel however was the staff! They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and have a nice time on the island! They provided us great information about activities, prepared excellent welcome drinks and breakfast and always had a smile on their face. It was also very nice to see how well they worked as a team! Definitely the best hotel on Cat Ba!

Very nice hotel. The rooms are luxurious and the beds are very comfy. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They gave great tips for our planned day trips and organised a scooter for us that was delivered to the hotel. The breakfast was also very nice. 15 minutes walk to Cat Co 3 beach and many restaurants arround. Would absolutely stay here again.

It's a small boutique hotel with five star services. The breakfast was made to order and it was delicious. The room was spacious and had a nice bay view. Their tour agency offered a great Lan Ha Bay overnight tour. The massage place they recommended was also very nice. I used their laundry service and it worked out really well. I highly recommend the hotel and their tour agency.

friendly staff, clean and pretty room. good breakfast. nice prices. very helpful with organizing activities and transport for good prices. i recommend everyone checking out their boat trips to the halong bay as well, it was the highlight of our trip to cat ba.

First off I LOVE the decorations and theme of this hotel. It Is BEAUTIFUL. The staff were fantastic. We arrived a little early and our room wasn't ready so they put us in a comfy waiting area and brought smoothies and a fruit tray ( free of charge) The beds are so cozy. The breakfast is the best free breakfast I've ever had at any hotel. There were many options and it was so good. the staff took care of our accommodations to get us back to Hai Phong. The only negative was our room was on the 9th floor and the shower had a window pretty much floor to ceiling. There were no blinds. So anyone in the buildings next to us could look into our bathroom.

We loved this hotel. It was very comfortable, stylish, with great staff and an outstanding atmosphere. It was peaceful and well located. If you stay anywhere in Cat Ba, this is your place. We had them organize our transfer from Hanoi and then our departure from the Hai Phong airport — everything was perfectly well done, no stress, on time. The same owner has Cat Ba Ventures. Again, super well organized — full day boat and kayaking tour with Bee as our guide. He was terrific.

We stayed here after completing the Cat Ba Ventures boat and kayaking tour. We were greeted with smoothies and fresh fruit on arrival which were delicious. The room was comfortable and spacious and really nicely decorated. We had a great nights sleep in the most comfortable beds and the breakfast was fantastic. Both breakfast and hotel staff were attentive and very friendly. Great stay overall, thank you!

The most comfortable bed in our trip so far. Staff are helpful, room was extremely clean and big. Lots of windows, water in the room and nice toiletries. Breakfast was a la carte and was really nice. I prefer this option over a buffet. Coffee was really good. The only ‘but’ and this is outside of the control of the wonderful staff and beautiful hotel is the construction directly out the front of the hotel, and waterfront. What used to be water and a wharf is now reclaimed land for a large resort to be built. You are only a short ride to a nearby beach. Plenty of tours to take to the national park, Ha long bag etc.
