As for golf, the closest courses, in order of expense, are Castro Marim, (5km),with 27 holes, Quinta do Vale, designed by Seve Ballasteros, (7km), and Monte Rei designed by Jack Nicklaus, (8km). Others within a 30 minute drive include Quinta da Ria, Quinta da Cima and Benamor.
