酒店早餐很好吃！對面就是滑雪場，很適合來滑雪的朋友居住。房間也很大很整潔，對於兩個人來説住得十分舒適！

My family wanted a quality hotel to stay at which was near facilities and a safe environment. Hotel was clean and convenient, however the massive let down was an alarm sounding off at 2:30am. Literally gave me a heart attack as we were all deep asleep. It went off for 5 seconds and my daughters were frightened and wondering what was going on. I and my children could not sleep after for hours ruining what was a nice experience up until this moment. No notice was given at reception and no apologies in the morning. Put me off coming back here again.

Smart clean hotel with big room/bed, proper power shower and quality food served at great value deal.

Nothing. Nowhere to park despite advertising parking for guests. All spaces taken and cars parked as hic that couldn’t get spaces. Loud alarm went off in early hours. Jolted from sleep and then could not sleep again. Whole reason to stay was to be rested for a long day and drive home. Totally avoidable. I want my money back. Complained to reception who gave me a guest relations slip. I’ve had a bad night once before in PI and was refunded immediately. So unimpressed with this. Then the hairdryer didn’t work. So looked a wreck for my day out. Rubbish stay. Wish I had paid half the rate and stayed at Travellodge. Whole reason to stay at PI was guaranteed nights sleep. I want my money back.

Failing to fix a broken lamp and failing to provide everything on a simple menu in the restaurant put a slight tarnish on an otherwise comfortable stay.

Lovely hotel, perfect position, clean and rooms are comfy. customer care could be better but not a problem.

Don't let the location next to the railway put you off, I didn't hear a train at all and I was at the back of the hotel. Room was clean and spacious.

We’ve stayed in a A LOT of Premier Inns around the country. You know exactly what you get. Yes we do go for the newer ones if we can, we also upgrade to a Premier Plus room if the cost difference isn’t much. The service is always good (whoever does the staff training is to be commended). Sometimes it is great. I’m leaving a review for Castleford tonight as the service from Diane tonight was absolutely exceptional. She went over and above what was required or expected and I hope the management read this review and realise what a gem they have in her!
