- By booking this property guests agree to sign a release of liability waiver upon check-in prior to using the hot tub and/or allowing their children to use the playground amenities.
Please Note: Host/owner lives onsite in the basement apartment (separate entrance & living space). There is NO shared living space between guests and the owner.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).- No pets on furniture
- Pick up all pet messes..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:- Pets must be included on booking.
