Located in the middle of the city centre close to castle and local attractions. Unfortunately room backed into a night club which played music till 4am. If you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. Other then that lovely place.

Lovely clean aired room with welcoming staff. Convenient location in the centre of Cardiff. The hotel has an on site bar and restaurant which provides a convenient and reasonably prised options. The room was large, clean and spacious and well maintained.

Most peaceful night's sleep 😴 Bed was really comfy and sheets so soft! Can't wait to go back. Got lots of future dates to stay there this year! The checking in was smooth! The morning receptionist was really cheery! Breakfast was lovely. Had a full English cooked breakfast.

The hotel was easy to find and is perfectly situated in the city centre only a few minute walk to the train station. On arrival,I was given a very warm welcome from the staff on reception who were so friendly and helpful.On entering my room,it was perfect.It was very clean and comfortable and the bed was very spacious and I had a great night's sleep.

Had the family room with my two daughters there was fans in the room as we arrived so was nice and cool when you walk in as it was hot clean room and bathroom plenty of towels for what we need and tea and coffee and not much noise from the other ones staying as well Would stay there again Great location and value for money

Room was hot, dirty and lots of noise from night clubs. Given a broken fan. Bathroom had hairs and scummy bits on the floor. Carpets stained.
