Sea View Snugs at Laggan

As always, a fantastic experience at the Snugs, this time it was High Haven. The views are stunning, the snugs spotless and tastefully furnished and the staff are superb. Shuttle bus into Murray Arms was a fantastic touch and, wow, what a restaurant it is. Highly recommend eating there. Might try staying there next time as it looks amazing. Thank you Duncan, Doogie and Frank for the driving and the whole family for allowing us to stay at this little bit of heaven. Wonderful place. We literally bumped into mummy deer and her two fawns and were blown away by their beauty. Precious moments.

Laggan Sea View Snugs exceeded all expectations. The accommodations were absolutely first class (beautifully designed, private, and incredibly comfortable). Our room had both a hot tub and a bathtub, each with stunning panoramic views of the sea and surrounding countryside — the kind of setting you don’t want to leave. The water pressure was great (often a rarity in remote stays), and every detail in the space felt thoughtful and high-end. It’s the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern luxury. What really made the stay exceptional was Duncan, the owner. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — even giving us a lift in the shuttle to dinner at the Murray Arms (which is also owned by Laggan and is delicious). That kind of hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. This is a truly special property in a breathtaking location. We’ll definitely be back — and can’t recommend it highly enough.

The snug was beautiful and clean. Bed wasn't comfortable unfortunately. TV needs replaced, lines on screen and remote doesn't work properly. Patio door was very hard to open and close. Unfortunately the hot tub area really let down. Just a plastic hot tub, plonked in some sub-base. Could be lovely with the simple addition of some paving around it. Shame as it could be perfect with some tweaks.
