The only 2 lifts were not in service at the same time. Luckily the staffs there were pretty helpful. However, they accidentally charged me an extra cost though the amount of money was returned eventually but I hope that similar things won’t happen to other customers in the future
Rooms were spacious!👍🏻

酒店房間大，設施該有的都有，員工熱情，入住期間電梯經常維修，要走樓梯。旁邊有很多飯店餐飲，超市也不遠。遊艇碼頭走路距離。綜合來説，性價比很高。

Great Location in the city centre, the NCP Car park was very convenient, although quite pricey (£13.99 overnight). As you would expect from a Premier Inn we had a comfortable room and the bed was the good quality Premier Inn bed and bedding. The only down side for us was our room backed onto the local Night Club and even when the window was shut, the thudding made for a restless night. Had we had a good quality sleep I would have awarded 4 stars. The breakfast was good choice of food and good value for money.

I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. As always, the staff were friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. Premier Inn consistently delivers a high standard of service.

Probably the best PI we've stayed in, friendly efficient staff, we asked for a room at the end of the corridor because the wife is a very light sleeper and were given 354, absolutely perfect, good breakfast and the location is right on top of everything, we parked in the NCP next door which was a little difficult to find so I've added a photo
