Il Borgo BagaBaga - Exclusive Country Retreat

It is a wonderful location, we had a great view to Castelsardo from the balcony of our room, the room was perfect, the service great, we can really recommend this place, it is worth going/staying there :)

We´ve been for the first time at the Hotel Baga Baga and it will not be the last one. Mauro, Bruno and Fabio are excellent hosts and we´ve felt at home from the first moment on. They are very attentive and very obliging. The location and its view is breathtaking, the room was very clean and the surrounding garden is spectacular. Normally we go out for dinner to explore different restaurants. But after having had dinner on the first evening, we stayed the following evenings. The food is so delicious and the wine list in the Baga Baga Restaurant is full of variety. We highly recommend to experience the great hospitality at the Baga Baga Hotel and we look forward to staying again in fall this year. Juditha and Franz (Francesco) from Munich

We first visited the Baga Baga in 2020 and liked it so much that we decided to return. The hotel was still really good and we enjoyed our short stay (4 nights). The views from the upstairs rooms are spectacular (out to sea and across to the old town of Castelsardo) as is the view from the pool. It is worth taking into account when booking that the downstairs rooms have no view, and are very dark as the gardens behind them are small with towering bushes and trees close to the windows. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well fitted out. When we were there in 2020 the hotel had gone from buffet breakfast to a 'pre-order' arrangement which is still in use now. The only problem with this is that everything arrives in one go, so if you order juice, coffee, pasties, toast and cereal it all turns up at the table to the same time, meaning that by the time you have drunk the juice the coffee is nearly cold etc.. It would be better if things could be delivered in a couple of goes rather than all at once. The position of the hotel is great for the views that it gives you but the downside is that you can't walk into town as the busy road from the hotel (the hotel is well back and above the road) has no pavements and winds along the side of the cliff. This means driving into town for a meal in the evening which some people may not like, for us this was not an issue. Having mentioned these negatives, I should stress that this is a lovely hotel and I would recommend it to anyone. The pool area is lovely and was never busy even though the hotel was quite full when we were there. the breakfast was plentiful and the room was comfortable - definitely worth a visit.

Cet hôtel est niche dans un endroit top sur les hauteurs et offre une vue imprenable sur la mer et la citadelle de Castelsardo. Endroit magique - chambre Incroyable- service au top, petit dej avec des produits frais. Une gentillesse du staff avec une mention particulière à Loris qui nous a accueilli avec un sourire et un professionnalisme hors pair.

Excellent hôtel et restaurant Chambre au 1er étage très confortable avec une vue magnifique sur le village et la mer L’hôtel est en retrait au-dessus de la route, très calme. Magnifique jardin très bien entretenu Dîner au restaurant excellent. Accueil très chaleureux, service efficace, cuisine délicieuse Je recommande vivement cette adresse

La location è semplicemente fantastica. Siamo arrivati al tramonto e ci ha stupiti la l'esperienza della vista sul borgo e sull'Asinara con i colori della sera. Un esperienza imperdibile. Inoltre, il delizioso boutique hotel è immerso in un giardino lussureggiante di mirto gelsomino e macchia mediterranea. Una menzione particolare alla piscina, altro punto privilegiato al calare del sole. Cordiale ed apprezzata l'accoglienza dedicataci dai titolari.
