Fattoria di Corsignano

Stayed here during easter April 2023... and boy I regret it... We were given the wrong apartment. The accommodation was old, had a bad smell, low water pressure, with lukewarm shower; heating was barely working in the semi-basement room, my girlfriend slept with her sweater on. We discovered that we were given another listing of the same host but the price of it was even less than half of what we paid. The reception initially tried to blame automatic room assignment and stating that the one we booked is occupied, but after we insisted, they offered to change us to the original booking after 1st night; and meanwhile contact Airbnb, though we ended up contacting Airbnb ourselves. We booked 2 nights, but because of their mistake we had to stay one night in this really awful place that shouldn't be allowed on Airbnb. The resort offered no compensation, only saying sorry, it happens. Airbnb paid 30% with Aircover. I'm ready really really disappointed by this stay... we lost 2 days worrying and wandering what to do and 1 night of sleep. This place is awful - my recommendation stay away from here...

Great location to relax and enjoy Tuscany Approx. 30 min away from Siena which is a nice day-tour. Restaurant is also very nice and has a fun 4 course dinner with all kind of local red wines from the Chianti region

We are going to get married here! We found this place by chance. We loved it from the very first moment not just for the beauty of the venue but for the staff and its owners. The food is really good. It is worth the trip 15 minutes out of Siena. The atmosphere is great. Good wine, produced by them and really good home-made food. We haven’t stayed over night yet. So, stay tuned for more… June 2023 for full review.

Location was perfect, really nice pool area, food and wine were great and the staff was very friendy. The wine tasting was well organized and very interesting! The room was clean and nice. Nothing bad to say :)

I have recently returned from Fattoria di Corsignano, the second time I have stayed at this beautiful hotel. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. The first time I visited it was just my partner and I, and more recently we stayed with a group of friends. The staff are all incredible - super helpful and do everything to make sure you have a great stay. The grounds and views are beautiful and the rooms are lovely and clean and have a rustic charm about them. The food is delicious and we ate at the hotel restaurant every night and never got bored. We also did the cooking class which was a great experience and it was a real novelty to be served all the dishes afterwards too. A brilliant place to go to relax and chill around the pool and a super base for exploring nearby towns and cities. I will definitely be back for a third time!

Vacances en août 2024. Nous nous sommes senties mal accueillies du début à la fin du séjour. Lors de la réservation et des échanges avec la réceptionniste, nous avions précisé que nous voyageons avec une enfant et un bébé de moins d’1 an. Nous avons eu un petit appartement avec des escaliers ouverts sur le salon, qui descendaient aux chambres. Nous sommes restées stupéfaites. Nous sommes arrivées vers 17h30 pour le Check-in, à 17h45 nous prenons possession de l’appartement et nous découvrons qu’il n’y a pas de lit bébé. Je retourne à la réception, on me dit de repasser demain… surréaliste. Je dois me débrouiller pour faire dormir un bébé sans lit. Tout le séjour ressemble à cela. Il fait une chaleur étouffante, je comprends qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation mais il y a des ventilateurs qui sont distribués par le propriétaire à la tête du client et au compte goutte. En matière d’accueil et hospitalité, tout est à revoir. Il serait tellement généreux et apprécié de les mettre à disposition dans les logements. Comme une bouteille d’eau fraîche par exemple, en signe de bienvenu. La minuscule terrasse en bois est toute cassée, le bois est tellement sec et vieux, que nous nous enfonçons à deux reprises. Avec un bébé et une enfant, c’est dangereux. La terrasse manque de s’écrouler. Le mini frigo refroidit à peine. Les dalles autour de la piscine commune cassées. Pas de bonjour des propriétaires, le monsieur du bout des lèvres et la propriétaire n’a jamais eu l’élégance de venir se présenter ou de nous saluer. Le jardin abordant la piscine est agréable mais c’est bien le seul point d’intérêt. Nous sommes une famille deux mamans, avec deux petites filles, je vous recommande d’éviter ce lieu.
