For the person to book, the specific situation is not clear. Send a friend to the hotel entrance, shopping is very convenient nearby, and eating is convenient. It’s really cheap to rent a car in Spain, haha.

Breakfast has a ham, croissant and a variety of sweet jams. They are all twin rooms and two freely moveable cots. With balcony, smoking. There is a small pool downstairs. The surrounding area is a residential building. Next to it is an anecbleu shopping center with HM, leftie, zara, mobile phone shop, and a fresh supermarket. There is a Carrefour next to it, and there is a small supermarket next to Carrefour. There are bars opened by Chinese people to drink bottle of estrella to ham, go straight out of the hotel super turntable, turn right at the crossroads, the first corner of the second intersection.

Service was rather poor. We didn’t get wifi until the second day of the stay. First day they said maintenance would fix it but they did not. The breakfast was nothing incredible. Pretty basic but not worth 16 euros in my opinion. We also did not get towels until the second day. Overall it’s a decent stay. Close to a mall, bus stop and a couple fast food places. Easy to locate and about an hour and a half by public transport to the center.

Price/quality is good. The terrace opens like a garage door, a very interesting solution, though right in front of it (1st floor) is the employees' staircase, so it is not comfortable to keep the window open. The room is not new, but it was not critical for me. We did not use the pool, because the flight was early in the morning. I did not like the unclear topic with the deposit, the information on the website says that it is only taken from guests under 25 years old, I am older, but they asked me for it too. Moreover, they took the card and began to rewrite all the data for themselves, including the CVC, it is not safe. Therefore, the room was not checked after check-out! Logic? Overall, I would like to come back again, the beach is very close

It was already late when we arrived, but the lobby service was very good and the room was nice, though the decoration was a bit old. It was not far from the beach and was very comfortable and suitable for vacation.

The hotel is very well located and easy to access with a fantastic view, a beautiful swimming pool and a very well-amenated spa. The staff is very pro and very welcome, always laughing. The room and bathroom is clean and well cleaned.

The room is good, that is, there is some trouble to check in and you need to go to another place and about 1.4 kilometers. If you are really desperate with heavy luggage, I hope to be more perfect in check-in.

Apartments that could be better careful, improved cleaning, by the way everything right, good location.

We were checked into a cold room, the air conditioning did not work, so I give 4 points

I had high hopes for this ”4star hotel” From the pictures and the previous reviews everything seemed like it was too good to be true... Arrival was average, had to ask which way to go to get to my allocated room (normally you are directed by a member of reception atleast) Arrived at my room (104) 1st floor. Opened the door to a bright airy room..my first thoughts were this is lovely. Dropped my bags and took a shower and that's where things started to go downhill...let me explain... Now I am aware this is not 5 star but if im being totally honest I have stayed in cleaner 2 star hotels... The attention to detail from the cleaners is just way below par for a 4 star establishment. Shower door covered in limescale (easy to put right with a bit of Elbow grease) Mold and nasties around the outer edge of the shower door (see pics) Splash marks all over the tiles at the side of the sink (like old toothpaste marks) Sink wouldn't drain properly (seemed to be blocked) Skirting boards definitely hadn't been given a wipe for a good few weeks/months All standard/basic stuff that you would expect from any hotel and certainly from a 4 star one or am I being picky? Then there was the call to reception to ask for some milk so I could make a coffee (kettle is provided in room) Receptionist said they don't have fresh milk only 'powdered sachets' of the most vile tasting milk I've ever had (think baby milk/gone off normal milk) Apparently the restaurant was closed so they could not access it to get some fresh milk? Receptionist advised me to go to the supermarket..which is a 25 minute walk from the hotel 🤦♀️ As it happens there is a coffee machine outside the reception entrance so I found myself nipping downstairs to buy one from there. (Not the most convenient but we move forward) I had read that there was a rooftop restaurant in the flyer as advertised but when I asked about it apparently it is no longer there? The restaurant is only open at breakfast times so no food is available not even snacks? However they advertise room service so unsure how that works? Outdoor pools closed which is fine but you couldn't even sit on the loungers hence....nowhere to sit outside the hotel itself. Such a shame that all these little things build and in turn let it down as a 4 star advertised hotel. Now for the positives... The view from the room of the sea is beautiful It is literally across the road from miles of sandy beaches There are a couple of lovely restaurants nearby that are open from 12 noon for brunch/dinner and reasonably priced. The area itself is super quiet and feels safe enough as a solo traveller.
