B&B Hotel Park Hotel Cassano

Camera molto ampia e molto ben insonorizzata. Non ho usufruito della colazione, ma solo caffè al bar, 2eur al banco un po' caro. Hotel funzionale a pochi km dal metro Gessate, in zona tranquilla. Valida alternativa economica a chi preferisce la qualità stando fuori Milano.

Hotel da incubo Prenotato sperando in hotel da 4 stelle invece un esperienza da incubo. Arrivo faccio il check in e vengo informato che non risulta il mio pagamento dico da che sito ho prenotato mostro la ricevuta del pagamento (ricevuta emessa a nome loro non del sito) e mi fanno ripagare la stanza dicendomi che nel caso verrò rimborsato. Partiamo malissimo va beh entro in stanza sorpreso smart tv! Peccato solo 4 canali (solo stranieri)e accesso ad Internet non disponibile ne dalla tv nel dal telefono ne dal pc sia via cavo che wi fi! Va beh almeno l'aria condizionata funziona. Bagno con vasca! Dai un bel bagno per dimenticare le disavventure. No vasca piena di peli.... va beh potevo chiamare la reception o fare foto ma nulla sciacquo il tutto sprecando un sacco d'acqua e doccia al volo e via! Uscendo passo in reception per segnalare i vari problemi e la risposta stata; la rete internet al piano al momento non funziona e per i peli nella vasca solo un cavolo mi dispiace! Non pretendevo un cambio stanza... ma almeno un ok ci scusiamo! non ha la colazione nella sua prenotazione gli e la offriamo noi o le faremo un buono per il prossimo soggiorno ( che non accadrà mai più) nulla finti sorrisi un ci dispiace di circostanza e buona serata! Mai capitata un esperienza simile mai più neanche se mi offrissero la stanza

Crazy story… I’ve booked the room on Booking and apparently they changed the date of my booking. I rang the hotel and the guy with the name Enzo who did the Best ever customer service change the date and make it sure the room is exactly as we wanted. Unfortunately we didn’t had the opportunity to stay in the hotel, we had to cancel our trip because of the baby ( end up in hospital). Enzo was very kind and he even call us back to see if we did change our mind and to make sure everything is fine. I would love to hear more stories like this because the humanity still exists. Clean, modern room. Plenty of parking space. Nice staff. Superb breakfast with lots to choose from. They recommended a restaurant for the night. Comfortable bed and the room included a bathtub. Overall a very nice experience and will be worth a second visit.

My stay at the Park Hotel CASSANO was by far one of my best hotel stays in Italy. The hotel is located close to Milan/Malpensa Airport. The bedding, towels, pillows everything was so fresh that it felt like home away from home, in fact the pillows were the fluffiest I ever felt. The service provided could easily be compared to any 5 star hotel. The buffet breakfast had so many options and the staff went an extra mile to make my family’s stay a comfortable one. This place gives you more than your moneys worth. The views from those big glass windows in the rooms are to so mesmerising that I wish I stayed longer. I enjoyed every minute of my stay at the hotel and would love to visit again soon.

Es un hotel fantástico... soy guía turístico y llevo muchos años trabajando de guía por Europa. El personal .... Chiara, Andrea , Mateo..todos te abrazan con sonrisas y saber como hay que tratar a los clientes.... muy bien limpieza y habitaciones y el desayuno. Muy biennnnn todo cerca de supermercados y del centro. Para mi es un 10. 😉
