An exciting vacation , of complete relax , on one of the most beautiful islands of the world , is a special experience.Staying in a four star hotel , surrounded by the greenery of the slope of Epomeo , completed by a thermal park , as well as with large spaces for sports and fun , this is " Suisse Thermal Village" , at Ischia Casamicciola , part of the hotel chain " Aurum " , scattered in the most prestigious places of our beautiful Italy.Everything is controlled by the director Alessio , who as an orchestra conductor leads the activity of the bathing attendant , Giovanni , the cook , Gianluca , excellent in his culinary skills , along with the head waiter , Fabio and the entertainers Aldo e Manuel , who amaze us all day long.Everything is magic as in a surreal paradise.I advise you to spend summer or winter holidays in the hotel chain " Aurum " , because you'll find a warm hospitality and enjoy fully pleasant and unforgettable days.

Nice environment and very beautiful view. Lots of nice swimmingpools and enough pool-beds for everyone. Easy to move by buses to everywhere (bus-stop nearby). Breakfast was very bad, no fruits or vegetables, only dry bread and biscuits. You had to ask for Croissants and sometimes you got only one croissant. No Wifi. The shower was very, very small and you had to fix long before you got warm vater (not cold or too hot). The cleaning was not daily. The renervation (balcony floor and common rooms) is needed. The air condition worked very well and the room was fresh. The room was big enough for four people and the beds were comfortable. The fridge worked well and it was cool enough to keep your waterbottles cold.

Waiter service and friendly, accommodating staff. Although the village is low cost, the food is not bad at all and the cleaning is efficient for a good stay. Perfect both for families and for a couple's trip or alone. I had a great time and I would not hesitate to relive this experience.

Posto fantastico che frequento da 20 anni con rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. E il mio posto preferito. Un graxie particolare ai ragazzi dell animazione per le belle serate trascorse con loro e x la loro disponibilità. Arrivederci al prossimo anno

Struttura decadente, pulizia molto scarsa, biancheria macchiata, posate sporche. Pasti buoni ma mal gestito il servizio.Buffet irraggiungibile!Nessuna info e consigli su come muoversi! Pocket lunch imbarazzanti!Animazione ok!

Torniamo dopo il terzo anno consecutivo. Struttura migliorata come personale e clientela . Felice di aver incontrato in primis Enzo che continua a mantenere l’ordine tra lo staff e la qualità delle ore del nostro soggiorno. In gamba alla reception Elena e il bravissimo e instancabile Maurizio , colui che tutto ripara! Animazione ad hoc capitanata dalla bravissima Ginevra. A ferragosto grande evento e noi rigorosamente HOLLYWOOD!!!

Struttura fatiscente da ristrutturare, camere vecchie da rifare,con pulizia discutibile,asciugamani vecchie e macchiate ogni 3 gg, con arredi insufficienti e datati e inadeguati per più di 2 persone, armadio piccolo senza mensole , piscine sporche e con depuratori mal funzionanti, spa inadeguata x mancanza di igiene. La sala ristorante è sporca, per mancanza di numero giusto di dipendenti e alcuni inadeguati al ruolo. I maitre Laura e Rosario due persone eccellenti e disponibilissime fanno i salti mortali per andare incontro alle esigenze dei clienti, ma necessitano di personale. Lo chef Nando molto disponibile e simpatico molto bravo, anche se le persone mangiano e si azzuffano al ristorante e ci sono molti sprechi. Animazione buona , ha allietato le ns giornate . Non so se ci ritorneremo a meno che non cambi qualcosa. Peccato perché la struttura potrebbe permettere un buon servizio se avesse i mezzi adeguati per offrire una vacanza piacevole.

Abbiamo soggiornanti per 3 giorni che dire ... semplicemente da evitare lo schifo di tutto ( pulizia camera meno di zero vetri rotti soffitti rotti , educazione zero!!!! ) per non parlare della mensa, un degrado totale cibo scadente potrei continuare, ma credo di ribadire di evitare questa specie di hotel...

Io e mio marito siamo stati in questa struttura dal 29 luglio al 11 agosto. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall'accoglienza di tutto il personale in particolare al ristorante c'è Laura e Rosario che si danno parecchio da fare, i cuochi ogni giorno offrono piatti sempre appetitosi,la camera era ben pulita e poi tutti i giorni l'animazione con Ginevra, Sofia, Martina, Riccardo e Lorenzo ottima animazione sempre presenti a fare divertire le persone.Al bar c'è Enzo,alla reception la signora Elena fa di tutto per accontentare le varie richieste,Bravi anche i suoi colleghi Elena e Carmelo. E poi abbiamo goduto delle bellissime piscine termali sotto l'attento controllo di Gianpiero. L'unica cosa negativa di questa vacanza la maleducazione di certi clienti che devono accaparrarsi di cibo come se non ne avessero mai visto. Ma per il resto tutto ok,non vediamo l'ora di tornare l'anno prossimo
