We had an absolutely wonderful stay! What stood out the most were the people – warm, attentive, and always ready to take care of every request, which made our trip completely carefree. They plan for us everyday and their restaurant recommendations were spot on, and the hotel’s spa was even better than Negombo😆 imh. We traveled as a group of 7, including 3 seniors and 2 kids, and everyone felt perfectly comfortable and well looked after. Truly a place that makes you feel at home while on vacation – can’t wait to return!

My husband and I spent a week at Hotel Villa Sirena, and though we’ve only just returned, we’re already dreaming about our next visit. It’s easy to understand how this charming hotel has earned a perfect 5.0 rating from thousands of travelers—it truly lives up to the praise. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how inviting and beautifully maintained the property is. The hotel has been thoughtfully renovated, balancing comfort with elegance. One of our favorite spots was the peaceful main-level patio, where we enjoyed breakfast, evening aperitivi, and quiet moments after dinner. The rooftop deck, complete with a jacuzzi, was the perfect place to unwind and watch the sun dip into the sea. Our sea-view room exceeded expectations—spacious, immaculately clean, and blissfully quiet. The bed (two twins joined as a double) was incredibly comfortable, and the room included everything we needed: a desk, armoire, TV, mini-fridge, three chairs (including one on the balcony), and efficient air conditioning that kept us cool during the summer heat. The bathroom had excellent water pressure and an abundance of hot water—always a plus! The spa, located on the lower level, is open 24/7 and felt like our own private wellness retreat. After a day of exploring the island, slipping into a cozy robe and relaxing in the thermal waters was nothing short of heavenly. I especially loved the Kneipp path—it was both fun and rejuvenating. Though we usually enjoy trying local restaurants when we travel, Hotel Villa Sirena’s restaurant quickly won us over. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with fresh fruit, homemade pastries, and expertly crafted coffee drinks. The five-course dinners were a highlight of each day—creative, satisfying, and made with the freshest local ingredients. Not once did we have the same dish twice! Wine lovers will also appreciate the carefully curated selection of Ischian wines—don’t miss trying a glass or two. What truly sets Hotel Villa Sirena apart, however, is the extraordinary hospitality. Alberto, Arnaldo, Donatella, Mario, and Antonio are, hands down, the best team we’ve encountered in all our travels. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care for each guest created a sense of home away from home. They made everything effortless—shuttling us to and from the port, helping us plan excursions, suggesting activities tailored to our interests, and even remembering our favorite drinks. I’m a planner by nature, but my best advice? Don’t overplan. Let Alberto, Arnaldo, and Donatella guide your days—you’ll experience more than you could ever find in a guidebook. There’s something hard to put into words about our time at Hotel Villa Sirena—an almost magical quality. We formed real connections not just with the staff, but with other travelers, even when language barriers existed. On excursions, we all looked out for one another. I had never heard of Ischia until a year ago. Of course there are tons of amazing photos & reviews but my experience was beyond anything I imagined. Lived up to hype! The family-run villa was wonderful. Fresh food from their garden, rooftop views of island, watching full moon from deck, limoncello & aperol spritz to quench thirst, healing mineral water & spa along with loving kindness from the family.

A hotel like no other ! Alberto, Arnoldo, their family members and all the hotel staff will go the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable, and will always make themselves available to organize a day trip or pick you up from a beautiful beach they recommended. The thermal facilities of the hotel are amazing, the food is fresh and delicious and the place is so beautiful and always very well cleaned. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, for the warmest welcome, the amazing organisation of everything, the food, the facilities.... Everything was absolutely perfect.

Alberto, his wife, and his brother Arnaldo were so welcoming and took care of every detail during our stay. I even got to meet Alberto’s son, who was helping out in the kitchen over his summer break—everyone spoke great English and made things easy and comfortable. I treated myself to two massages and tried the mud treatment for the first time—so relaxing and definitely worth it! I felt completely at ease the whole time. Ischia is such a beautiful place, and staying at Villa Sirena made the experience even more special. We hiked up to the top of Mt. Epomeo, which had absolutely amazing views. I’m already looking forward to coming back next year and doing the longer hike through the forest back to the villa. And the food—delicious! Every meal was a highlight.
